We stay in South Fork each year as the kickoff to our Colorado vacation. This was the first time at this house specifically but will definitely be back! House is everything they say it is and one of the cleanest stays we’ve had. With small children, knowing that things are sanitary and we can feel good about them crawling around is a big deal.
There was plenty of room for our large group. The living room with the HUGE dining table was such a perfect gathering spot for meals and games. The river access was the hit though. Just a quick walk, maybe 5 minutes tops, and you can go play in the water and enjoy the beautiful scenery!
Definitely recommend this place!

We stayed for two nights with the family. Kids loved the bunk room and outside fire pit. Everything was wonderful and homie. The house was a great fit for our family.
