Villa Can Serra

Amazing luxury villa with a rustic feel. Great location - only 10 mins walk to the seafront.

Everything was perfect

Great location, 10-15 min walk from shops, restaurants and beach at the Pine Walk. Large pool and grounds. Nice downstairs bathroom. Property was spacious.

Very dark inside, needed light on all day. Could do with updating. Beds were uncomfortable. Some of the crockery in the kitchen were dirty on arrival. The pool was full of dead bugs, I had to clean it out every morning. I expected someone to come at least once to clean the pool (someone came to check the water quality but that was it).

Great location. Away from the crowds but only 10 minute walk to great beaches and great restaurants. Perfect

The property, garden and pool area are spacious and well maintained with plenty of secure parking, we used the villa as a base for cycling and there is ample safe storage for bicycles with great routes, cycle hire infrastructure and local supermarket easily accessible from the villa. The free wifi is stable and fast and the large outside seating & BBQ area make for a great social setting in the evenings. The communication from the host regarding the property was excellent.

We were the first occupants of the season and the villa had obviously been painted internally prior to our arrival, this meant that the property looked fabulous but the bedrooms did smell strongly of paint for a few days until the it had been opened up and aired, also as a result of being the first guests there were none of the leftover basic store cupboard ingredients that you normally find in a villa such as salt, pepper etc, this made our first shop a little more expensive than expected. These are observations more than criticisms. The only real area of improvement from our point of view would be slightly higher quality bedding, the pillows were very thin and the sheets felt low quality, as we were early in the season the provided sheets and blanket were not enough to keep some of our group warm on cooler nights.
