Perfect for families and couples, it is the ideal choice for those who wish to explore the beauties of Modica and the Val di Noto.
Domus Sbirciò is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, a connecting space includes an ancient, fully enclosed well, a patio, and a living room, with a suggestive cave that adds a touch of unique charm. On the first floor, two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, a modern and equipped kitchen, a bright terrace, and a studio-living room with a library and TV offer comfortable and functional spaces. The house has been carefully renovated, using traditional materials such as Modica stone and pitch stone, and natural colors, thanks to the work of local artisans. The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi, heating, and air conditioning. Electricity consumption is included up to 120 kWh per week (approximately 17 kWh per day). Any excess consumption will be charged at a rate of 1.10 euros per kWh.

We loved the home in Modica. It was very well maintained and the layout of the home gave us a lot of space. It was very clean and well stocked. After hot days, it felt very nice to come home to good air conditioning.
The only down fall had nothing to do with the home itself but one of the neighbors allowed their dog to poop on the stairs (and not clean up after it) right outside the door so it was unpleasant having to make sure we weren't stepping in anything every time we left or returned to the home. That was a separate issue from the home. I would highly recommend this property.
