Overall, my experience was okay — nothing particularly bad, but nothing that really stood out either.
The hotel room was clean and reasonably comfortable, though it felt a bit dated and lacked the thoughtful touches that make a stay feel more special. Service was polite, but not very attentive; it felt more transactional than genuinely welcoming.
I had a small request during my stay: I asked the receptionist about transportation options to the port. Unfortunately, the response was rather dismissive — “Oh I don’t know, as I’m not a taxi service.” This interaction left me feeling more like an inconvenience than a valued guest.
Breakfast was average: a decent selection, but nothing memorable. The location was convenient, but I expected a bit more in terms of overall experience and hospitality.
In short, it wasn’t a bad stay, but it wasn’t a great one either. If you just need a place to sleep, it’s fine — but if you’re looking for something with a bit more warmth, you may want to explore other options.
