The whole house is at ground level, which is suitable for children and/or elderly people. The large living/dining room has direct access to a covered terrace. The semi-open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a bar, dining table, hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. A separate laundry room has a washing machine and ironing equipment.
