BAREFOOT BLISS is your vacation paradise. Ideal for large families, reunions, or friend gatherings- this 3 story, 6 bedroom oasis is the perfect escape for your next tropical trip. Get ready to kick off your shoes and relax at the BAREFOOT BLISS vacation home. Stroll one block down a quiet sandy lane to the beach access point and enjoy some salt water therapy and sand between your toes. We encourage you to take scenic walks along the shoreline, especially during turtle nesting season (May 1-October 31) when spotting a sea turtle hatching is a real treasure to see. You are just a 2 minute walk away from the ‘Smyrna sea shore, where you can have some fun in the sun, swim in the Atlantic, hunt for seashells and bask in the salty breeze.

BAREFOOT BLISS has ocean views from many of the east-facing windows. This home is the perfect haven to watch the rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center over the ocean. This 3 level home consists of 6 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, perfect for larger families. Both the second and third story can be accessed via elevator, making it easier to navigate the home- especially for young children and the elderly, and of course to easily get all those groceries up to the kitchen without breaking a sweat! The fenced yard has a beautiful fire-pit, and a salt water lap pool that’s up to 5ft deep, 7ft wide and 32ft long for your enjoyment. Please note; the pool is not heated. The shallow end of the lap pool is 3.9ft deep, perfect for playing with kids or for paddling and exercising. And speaking of water, we can’t forget to mention that this home is equipped with a tankless water heater -meaning you will NEVER run out of hot water, no matter how many showers and washers are running at once!

Out front, the driveway can easily fit 4 vehicles. Additional space is accessible within the fenced-in yard on the south side of the home, making boat and trailer parking easy and convenient. To utilize this space simply open the double gate access point and back right in.

LEVEL 1: The ground level consists of a full bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and two private bedrooms. The first bedroom features 2 twin beds, a SMART TV, and a pool view. Please note: all windows on the first & second floors have brand new, beautiful plantain shutters to enjoy & further enhance the tropical feel of Barefoot Bliss. There are SMART TVs on all 3 levels (Note: Wi-Fi is included but no Cable TV) which guests can connect to and enjoy their personal streaming platforms from. The other bedroom has 1 queen bed and a pool view as well. This floor also has a full stackable washer/dryer for all that salty swimwear! Each level of the home has at least one thermostat in order to ensure your comfort is customizable. Rest assured, this haven has a whole-house generator which automatically kicks on at the trip on any area outage. The stairwell is very well lit to the second and third floors, with optional floor lighting at the flip of a switch. Still wary of stairs? Remember, this worry free home enables easy access to all 3 levels! Whether tired from a long day of fun in the sun or sore from a long beach run, skip the stairs and take a ride on the elevator up to levels 2 and 3 at the press of a button.

LEVEL 2: The second level has 3 bedrooms (including the master), a full side by side washer/dryer concealed in a bi-fold door closet, and 2 full bathrooms (1 in the master) with vanity sinks and walk-in showers. The first bedroom to the left of the stairs includes 1 queen bed, a large walk-in closet, TV, and a west-facing sunset balcony. This balcony adjoins the master bathroom. The master bedroom is also located on this level, which offers the ultimate luxury experience with a king-sized Tempur-Pedic® bed, featuring adjustable mattress halves (note; the left side is firm and the right side is medium). The master bedroom also has a large smart TV, and its own customizable thermostat to further personalize this space for optimal comfort. This room has lots of closet space and a full master bath complete with a jetted tub, walk in shower, and his-and-hers vanity sinks. The other feature making this master suite extra special is that it has 2 balconies. As noted prior, the master bath has access to the west-facing balcony, but the master bedroom has another balcony facing east with ocean-views! The third bedroom on this level shares the east-facing balcony with the master. This room has a 1 queen bed, a very large closet, and a second thermostat to control the temperature on this level.

LEVEL 3: The top level of BAREFOOT BLISS is by far the best place to gather and be with friends and family. The kitchen, living and dining room are all located here in an open-floor plan. Socializing is made simple here- where guests can cook, snack, dine, play games and watch TV all together. With windows in every direction, this space is flooded with natural light. The east part of this vast space has a large balcony to enjoy ocean breezes and views with family and friends. The kitchen is a dream for the avid chef! This kitchen features a french-door refrigerator, mini beverage refrigerator, microwave, convection oven, separate gas oven with gas stovetop, a pot filler faucet, farmhouse sink, additional mini sink, and don't forget a dishwasher. There is more than enough seating, as the dining room table is right off the kitchen with spaces for 6. The kitchen is sporting an oversized island with additional seating for 6 more guests. The living room has a very large smart TV situated so that you can see it from any part of this open area. Kick back and relax in this living space, featuring a luxurious sectional couch with distinguished recliners and armrests that convert into cup holders. There are two plush swivel chairs adjacent to the sectional for additional seating.

In addition to the open kitchen, dining and living area on this floor, there is also a separate game room set up with a couch, TV, foosball, and best of all a Ms Pac-Man standup arcade machine with four games in one. In between gaming, step outside onto a west facing balcony for beautiful sunset views and some fresh air. This room is ideal for relaxation or play. This can be the perfect place for the kids to hangout, watch TV, or play video games.

The restroom on the third story is a half bath with a vanity sink--located between the den and final bedroom-- to be shared by this level.

The final bedroom of BAREFOOT BLISS is dolled up to the nines! From its jeweled light fixtures to its shabby chic, French provincial vintage furnishing, this top floor bedroom embodies all that is glitz and glamor. It has 2 twin beds, a gorgeous matching dresser and makeup vanity, and a balcony facing west for sunset views which is shared with the den.

The elevator access door is located just outside these rooms.

Located just 1 block off from the drive-on portion of the beach, you’re moments away from building sandcastles, surfing, kiting, fishing or beach biking. Several popular beach restaurants sit a few blocks away, making a quick meal or drink an easy affair. If you are in the mood for a little more action, Flagler Avenue is only about a mile and a half walk north down the beach. Flagler Avenue is the mecca of New Smyrna Beach-with everything from vendors to retailers, restaurants and bars for all of your vacation needs. This lively hub is the ideal location for vacationers to shop and dine, grab a cocktail or even rent some beach cruisers and continue to explore all the wonders New Smyrna Beach has to offer!
