About this house rental
Angel Inn the Sand is very unique an ocean front house in beautiful New Smyrna Beach, Florida, about 20 minutes south of Daytona Beach and 1 hour and 10 minutes north east of Orlando International Airport.
Our property is made up of FOUR INDIVIDUAL Apartment style units. Each unit is 2 bedroom / 2 bath and very spacious at 1250 sq ft. much larger than a standard beach front condos. Each unit has its own kitchen, dining and living room which opens up to the beautiful ocean front views. The FOUR INDIVIDUAL units all sit under one roof which makes up the house. The only shared common areas are the large back patio and the upstairs balcony.
The units do not open up to one another, they are totally separate which is ideal for multi-family gatherings to maintain privacy.
3 of the units have 1-King and 2-Queen beds and 1 unit has 1-King and 2 Full beds.
ENTIRE HOUSE RENTAL – ALL FOUR UNITS - This option is PERFECT for family reunions, weddings and large family gatherings. It allows your family to stay close together but still give the privacy of individual units. If you are seeking individual unit rental please see our other listings on Home Away!
Angel Inn the Sand is a fun, comfortable beach house where you can enjoy the incredible views. It is one of the best price per value stays you will find due to the large size of each unit and the beach front location. We are a pet friendly property.
Please note you must be 25 years of age to rent our house and proof of age may be required. We are a family owned and operated property and want the house to be respected as if it were your own! We will also require a detailed guest list of everyone staying in the house. There must be a responsible adult 25 years or older in EACH UNIT. A name and cell phone contact for each unit must be given prior to checking in. As the person signing the rental agreement you will be held accountable for all FOUR units.
The greatest amenity is the beach front location, with the world's most beautiful beach at your doorstep. We offer some covered parking for your car. Other amenities we provide are TV with Direct TV and complimentary secure wireless internet. Beach towels and some chairs, children beach toys and boogie boards. We also have an outdoor shower, Gas BBQ grill and a Washer & Dryer are on premises for your use.
Walk to shopping, bike or ride on the beach, golf, fish, or dine at the many restaurants. Just enjoy your stay! We are a short walk to Flagler Avenue District which is 0.8 miles north.
Weekly rentals usually run from Saturday to Saturday we also will accommodate shorter stays if we have availability during the off seasons. We look forward to hosting you and your family and friends at Angel Inn the Sand!

The hosts were so helpful and friendly. We rented all four units. Each was slightly different but each was beautiful, comfortable and well stocked with kitchen supplies we needed to create a great Thanksgiving meal. The location was central to grocery, pharmacy, Walmart and restaurants. And, of course, the beach was right there... and the views beautiful, peaceful and tranquil. It was a perfect place for iur whole family (23) to celebrate our 59th anniversary and Thanksgiving. Couldnt have been better!!!!

What an amazing place. It was in the perfect location. Everyone had a spectacular time having the private rooms was perfect for my whole family.We also saw a evening lunch, which made the night even more special

We stayed here with our family and friends for our wedding weekend and it was perfect for having a large group! The 4 separate units really helped to keep things organized and not overflowing of peoples stuff everywhere. We loved our stay!
