First, the house is on the beach so that we can wake up to sunrise every morning.Second, the house is large enough that the 11 of us can be together in the main room and kitchen area, or we can have sufficient space for time alone in the large, well-furnished bedrooms.

Beautiful home for a large family. We had a lovely time here. As central FL locals who truly love New Smyrna Beach we wish the owners had window coverings for their ocean front windows for the turtles at night and in compliance with Volusia county law. “Turtle glass” filters some of the light and is a great first step, but alone is inadequate for compliance with law and inadequate to fully protect the endangered turtles who nest at night on the beach. This house is the brightest on the beach at night in this area; it’s disappointing. There are window coverings on the first floor, but no directions to use them starting at 9pm, so renters from out of town will not know. Perhaps cellular shades would not obstruct the stunning windows in daytime. Truly the view is unparalleled in the day!

Natasha was easy to work with and when we had a problem with a toilet she sent a handy man immediately. House could be amazing with a little more care and deeper clean. Railing off of master bed room did not seem to secure, 1 toilet kept running another one wobbled but was fixed immediately after we called about it. A lot of junk on side of house and I’m garage. With a little TLC. Could be an amazing house.
