The WHALE home is a premium oceanfront property with expansive water views from all east-facing windows. Located directly on the beach, the home is also just a scenic half-mile walk to Flagler Avenue.
This three-story home features five bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably accommodating larger groups.

The ground floor includes a private studio-style apartment with:
Full kitchen and dining space overlooking the beach
King-size bed with TV
Cozy seating area
En-suite bathroom with jetted spa tub and shower
A washer and dryer are accessible directly through the studio space and are located in the ground-floor garage. The garage offers one parking bay, suitable for a low-profile vehicle due to a ceiling beam just under 5’11”.
Outdoor Space
The home features a spacious beachfront deck with ample seating and direct access to the beach. Recent exterior updates include fresh paint, a new roof, and new garage doors.

We sincerely enjoyed our recent stay at the "Whale House" at NSB. The layout of multiple sleeping options and the wide open, comfortable common area was perfect for our large family, week long celebration. Additionally, the provisions were even better then explained or expected. Finally, the host was incredibly caring, responsive and understanding of the needs of our perfect stay. Initially, I was slightly hesitant due to what I felt was a high expense, but once there, with the comfort, provisions, beautiful large outdoor back porch, literally stepping onto the sands of the beach - it was worth every penny and perfectly priced! Several previous reviews noted slightly outdated areas of the home and/or older furnishings/appliances. We actually found this comforting and slight. We felt we could relax and enjoy an "at home" leisurely comfortable stay and focus on each other instead of a stuffy environment. All 13 of us - from the age of 2 to 64 - had a wonderful time and never felt "on top of each other". Several had to come and go throughout the week and found it a joy to return. I highly recommend this home for it is very comfortable, spread out, quiet and perfectly located.

Location was terrific, loved the beach. Home was fine, it certainly accommodated multiple people. The home had some dated features, but I would rent again!

Natasha was easy to work with and when we had a problem with a toilet she sent a handy man immediately. House could be amazing with a little more care and deeper clean. Railing off of master bed room did not seem to secure, 1 toilet kept running another one wobbled but was fixed immediately after we called about it. A lot of junk on side of house and I’m garage. With a little TLC. Could be an amazing house.
