Surf-themed Endless Summer AND Balinese-themed Island Time are TWO exquisitely appointed 2 bed, 2 bath side-by-side homes capable of hosting a large group or two separate parties at the same location! Enjoy all the creature comforts of home including: a modern, fully equipped stainless-steel kitchen, large comfy king beds, and ample lounging areas throughout. Each home features a separate quaint and private fenced back yard with an inviting fire pit for the perfect after-beach relaxation!
A Ring Doorbell Camera is located at the front entrance of each dwelling (2 total). Recordings of audio and video take place when motion is detected at front door.
Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.
A $500.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.
This property is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a Pet Fee of $190.02 USD + Tax. Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Please be sure to disclose accurate pet count when booking. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome and do not need to be included in the pet count when booking. Please note that an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) does not qualify as a Service Animal in the State of Florida.

My mom, sister and I stayed in both units with our dogs for a quick getaway to the beach. Both units are perfectly appointed and very clean. Both units are have well-equipped kitchens, along with a coffee maker and pods. The backyards are connected by a gate, so it was perfect for us to be able to move between the units without going out front, which was our hope. We had the teeniest issue when we first arrived. I contacted the property manager and if I tell you the problem was addressed and resolved within 15 minutes, I’m probably exaggerating the time. That was super-appreciated. It is, literally, one block to the beach with easy access. Enjoy!

What an amazing house! The pictures don’t do it justice. The two houses were **extremely** clean. I always bring my own stuff but stocked with amenities (kcups, paper towel, toilet paper, towels, soap, etc) and beach items like chairs and a wagon. It’s located about a block or so from the awesome beach which we went to basically every morning. By the second day we were already discussing coming back! My friends and I stayed at Endless Summer/Island Time while attending the Welcome to Rockville festival at the Daytona Speedway. We were roughly 30min away from the Speedway and Airport … close enough for the festival and far away enough from any craziness. The house is just a few minutes from all the important things like Publix, restaurants, shopping, gas, I-95, etc. We literally don’t have a single negative thing to say and cannot wait to go back!!!
