The backyard oasis includes a pool, and plenty of lounging options, all surrounded by lush greenery. Upstairs, the primary suite boasts an ocean-view balcony, a luxurious bathroom, and a small exercise area, while other rooms provide comfortable accommodations for the whole family. The house was very clean. Extremely nice to have two refrigerators and plenty of seating for the family to be together for a movie on tv. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels!Overall — it met our family’s needs. Sadly the oven didn’t work and the grill wouldn’t either.

Our annual work trip takes place in New Smyrna every year, so we have seen a few properties to date. This location takes the cake! Great spot, very clean, and close to everything you could need! The pool was a great perk to hang out, and we even used the grill for dinner one night! The property manager was very easy to get in touch with. 10/10 recommend, and we hope it's available for us to rent next year!
