Are you ready to enjoy a quiet family beach resort on the North Carolina Coast? There is a lot to do in Sunset Beach which is ranked number 4 on the National Geographic's 21 Best Beaches in the world. You can visit the nearby towns of Ocean Isle, Calabash, and Shallotte. Little River is just minutes away and Myrtle Beach is a thirty minute drive.
This vacation home is hidden in the Sea Trail Resort, which is only 1.5 miles from the beach. Sea Trail has three signature golf courses, (Rees Jones, Dan Maples, and Willard Byrd), there are several community pools; one is just across the street from our condo. As a renter, you will have access to this pool and the beautiful Pink Palace. There is a brand new restaurant, Bistro 55, located in the Convention Center which is walking distance from the unit. There is plenty of space to take a walk or ride a bike. If you enjoy ocean charter fishing or boat rentals, they are only a few miles away.
This condo is ready for your stay and to enjoy your vacation. It has been freshly painted throughout and has new luxury vinyl flooring. It is a 1,292 square foot unit with a main villa and a junior suite. It has two very spacious bedrooms with two queen size beds in each room. Each bedroom has a full bath and a bathtub. The junior suite has a full size refrigerator, microwave, and convection oven/broiler. The main villa has a full size kitchen stocked with all cooking necessities. There is a pullout sofa bed in the living area. The main villa has a balcony with plenty of seating overlooking the golf course.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee. They must be approved in advance. Pets must be at least one year old and up to date on shots. Please reach out with any questions.

We had a lovely stay at the condo. Perfect spot in complex. Nice and quiet. Great communication with property manager. Will definitely stay hear again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the villa and suite were very cozy, my high-functioning autistic son enjoyed the view of the course from the balcony and wading in the pool. Would definitely recommend to others traveling as a family unit and would stay again!!!
