About this house rental
Come for the beach, come for the golf, or just spend a relaxing vacation doing both, this condominium gives you a spacious and attractive place to stay. It is located in Sea Trails resort and is less than three miles from the sand of beautiful Sunset Beach. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in this second-floor condo, and a spacious living/dining/kitchen for everyone to gather. The second bedroom can also be divided into a “mini suite” with its own kitchenette and sitting area.
The "Villa" side of the condo includes a full kitchen with an island with seating for four. Adjacent is a dining area, and all is open to the living area. There is a single bedroom on this side with a queen and a full-size bed and a full bathroom, plus a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
On the "Mini-suite" side there is another full bathroom and sleeping area with a queen and full-size bed, with a large sitting area and a kitchenette. Both the Villa and the Mini-suite have private entrances.
The Villa and Mini-suite are connected by locking doors so they may be completely separated, but they are rented together as a single unit.
The building has an elevator and the Champions complex pool is just steps away. In addition you will have access to the other amenities at Sea Trail, including two other pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and beach parking.

A Perfect Stay – Again!This was our second time staying at this lovely condo, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The space is clean, comfortable, and has everything we need for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoy the cozy screened-in porch in the mornings—such a peaceful spot to start the day. The condo’s open layout adds to the sense of relaxation, and the location in Sea Trail is ideal. We love being close to the beach and all the great amenities the community offers. Already looking forward to our next visit!

The last time we stayed at this condo was 4 years ago. We loved it as much this time as we did the last time. Centrally located on the property with all the amenities and homey touches. We had a problem with one of the TV’s and Robin came herself to fix it.

In a nutshell: had to send owner reminder that i hadn't been given any check in instructions morning of. She immediately replied with instructions.
We arrived about an hour early but were not allowed to check in because OWNER was cleaning. Not a big deal but would have been nice had she communicated this instead of ignoring the message until we got there. Instead, we went to grocery store and purchased supplies for week until check in time. Turned out we spent extra $$ for things that were already provided but not communicated. Things such as salt, pepper, sugar, dish soap, etc. While this is a nice touch on the owners part, it is nullified if you dont know ahead of time.
Walked in to house with fresh baked cookies (nice touch and appreciated although during covid times we simply didn't feel comfortable eating what looked like otherwise yummy cookies!)
Bedroom had prior guests sneakers left behind and hair in bathroom but was otherwise in decent shape.
We purposely rented this unit because of the pool directly out front and having an infant with us. Unfortunately, there was not a drop of water in the pool and hadn't been for weeks. Again, not communicated. This was a super bummer however owner did her best to make it right after I voiced my displeasure and credited the pool fee for the use of a pool nearby.
Location is wonderful. Beware that view from porch is street construction. Beds are comfortable. Dining and living room furniture is a bit outdated but in decent condition and comfortable as well. Dishes are very well stocked.
Check out was "bizarre". Owner literally showed up at 10 AM on the dot. Not a minute later. I had the unit clean, including washing the sheets, pillowcases and towels the morning of checkout. I also washed our pajamas and had them in the dryer when owner showed up EXACTLY at 10 am. I had run out to get breakfast with my granddaughter while my daughter stayed behind to wait for the dryer. Our other stuff was already in car. I returned at 10:05 to my daughter on the sidewalk with our wet pajamas because she said the owner was less than pleasant and bizarrely made a claim that she was "worried the "cleaning lady" would show up". Huh?! Apparently she forgot that on check in day, SHE was the cleaning lady! Overall it is not a bad place to stay. I simply think a little communication would have gone a long way.... And the bizarre ending was enough to make me say it would be unlikely i would rent from her again.
