Close to Machynlleth for the Comedy festival. A fire was ready laid with some extra logs. The place felt welcoming and there is a nice village pub a few hundred yards away.
No upstairs toilet (although it wouldn’t stop me staying there again)

We booked purely for the location close to Dyfi bike park. We chose this property over another because of the games room.
We felt that it could do with a really good clean all over, surfaces a really good wiping down, dusting and shower head and door needs a good scrub., Sofa very worn and generally it felt and looked dirty. Sadly we broke for the games room but the pool table was so warped the boys couldn’t play a proper game. Also no hairdryer but everything else had been thought of.
