Fantastic little place

The cabin and location was simply beautiful, everything that we needed during our stay was there, I was made very welcome by the owners. Getting to places was easy by car as it is very close to the A470. The evenings were fantastic.

Very disappointed

The view was amazing

There was a excavator making a horrific noise the whole 2 days we were there. We complained to the hosts and were told its a working farm. Our answer to this was yes we knew that and expected tractor noise and animal noises not a excavator. Also on the website it clearly states in facilities and outside fireplace and a barbecue and barbecue facilities. There was no barbecue. When we questioned this we were told to use the fire pit as a barbecue which as it it was severely rusted so wasn't an option unless we wanted food poisoning . The toilet seat was a mess it was too small for the toilet. The patio doors were broken so barely closed let alone locked, therefore we couldn't lock the doors for the duration of our stay.

Relaxing long weekend

Lovely quiet location, perfect for us and our little dog. Really clean and tidy. Kitchen facilities all excellent and looked nearly brand new. Bed and bedding nice and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were also great. Nice to be messaged with checking in instructions and given a mobile number to call if we needed to contact them. Also nice to otherwise be left alone.

Beautifully presented cabin in idyllic location.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation in an idyllic location. Cabin was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Hosts ensured we had everything we needed and checked in with us that everything was OK. We went on some lovely walks with our dog to the coast and enjoyed pottering around some of the local villages. Couldn't fault it and would love to stay again.

Not worth the money

It is much smaller in person, none of the windows open and there is no fan so it was effectively a greenhouse. It says pet friendly with an added charge for the dog however you're then sent a message that says dog is not allowed on the bed or furniture so must reside on the 2ft floorspace that is left. There is zero privacy as directly opposite the cabin are at least 20 static caravans 50m away all with a prime view inside the cabin. There is no wifi, poor signal for roaming data and not even a toaster included. It's on a working farm so farm vehicles and caravan vehicles driving past regularly which means the dog must always be supervised. Due to all this I did not stay, left and booked elsewhere. Had this been much cheaper I'd have thought it better value for money. I've stayed in many glamping pods across Wales and this one did not live to the others standards Edit - After posting review; host has felt it appropriate to send a text message to personal phone number used to contact via booking to lodge their disatisfaction with the review; entirely unprofessional.

A wonderful Welsh getaway in a setting which is unrivalled

the location is absolutely beautiful with the best possible view of the Dyfi Estuary. the serenity and peace is unbeatable plus it is very cosy and clean

My wife is 82 and found the steep track up to it rather hard, so the elderly might find it difficult, but it is not something that could be changed.

Very pleasant and thank you for the hospitality.

The hosts were really lovely and welcoming. I had a problem with getting the hob to work and with the key in the lock but they came straight out to help me. The view was great. It’s on a good route for access to the surrounding coastline/ mountains. The property was cosy and quickly felt like home.

The key/ lock was a bit quirky - there was a knack I think.

Wonderful little gem!

An amazing few days away, very spacious and everything we needed inside, shower was wonderful too. Great location, very peaceful and relaxing. Near to local pub with beautiful Sunday lunch, near Aberdyfi beach and we also visited Dolgoch falls and Llyn Mwyngil Lake. Definitely recommend and we will be returning.

We did not want for anything, Cabin finished to a good standard, Clean and tidy, everything in the cabin worked perfectly, no issues at all over the 4 days, Perfect Location, turn right out of camp and you hit the picturesque Welsh Mountains and the nature reserves, turn left out of camp and you are at the beach and seaside! Great all round with nice people at the helm.

The hut was finished to high standards, it had all the essentials on our arrival (tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper) washing up liquid, soup, toilet paper and fresh towels!

the mattress could be more comfortable but I’m used to a good firm mattress so have high expectations.

Relaxing break

Excellent the hut has everthing you need. Exceptional quality in decor and in a quite peaceful setting . Outside fire pit and bbq and logs provide even marshmallows for toasting. It was just the relaxing break we both needed . The owners were only phone call away if needed anything . Close to lots of near by beaches and things to do . The shower was nice and warm and bonus been inside the hut .

An amazing location and very comfortable accommodation that has just one or two glitches needing attention.

Superb location, comfortable bed, very well equipped.

The key to lock the door didn’t work, though arrangements made to give it arranged for the next week so this may be resolved. We needed to request towels. tap water was hot but shower temperature rather cool.
