Cefn Crib Cabins

Peaceful location and perfect stopping point to sight see. The hut is a sun trap in the afternoon which we loved and we felt private with the mini fence around the property.

Nothing.

The views are stunning over the Dyfi estuary.

The cabin is a bit 'quirky.' A few proper toiletries in the shower room, and proper tea/coffee/milk would have been nice. Be aware the gravel track to the cabin is short, but very steep!

Lovely cabin, packed a lot into a small space without being cluttered, super clean and tidy and stunning location. Easy to park.

The sink behind the toilet wasn't easy to use for washing and teeth brushing, but given the space, not many other options I guess.

The view was amazing

There was a excavator making a horrific noise the whole 2 days we were there. We complained to the hosts and were told its a working farm. Our answer to this was yes we knew that and expected tractor noise and animal noises not a excavator. Also on the website it clearly states in facilities and outside fireplace and a barbecue and barbecue facilities. There was no barbecue. When we questioned this we were told to use the fire pit as a barbecue which as it it was severely rusted so wasn't an option unless we wanted food poisoning . The toilet seat was a mess it was too small for the toilet. The patio doors were broken so barely closed let alone locked, therefore we couldn't lock the doors for the duration of our stay.
