About this house rental
Exceptionally clean and welcoming 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath SINGLE family home with two private parking spots centrally located in OCNJ! SINGLE family means No neighbors above or below you! Private outdoor shower for after the beach. Centrally located and walkable to the Boardwalk, Beach (15th St Beach has a lifeguard!), Bay, Playground, Public Library, Shops, Restaurants and so much more!
We do require you to please bring your own towels and linens
(Queen, Queen, Twin bunk beds).
Property is nearby the basketball courts and playground on 15th and Bay and convenience stores such as CVS, Walgreen and Wawa. Or a short drive to Acme on 9th St. for groceries.
Six (6) beach tags are available for your use during your stay. Please return them when your vacation is over so that the next guest may enjoy them! Any lost beach tags will have to be replaced before you leave or a charge will incur.

Very nice property in a great location. We would stay here again. We had some minor issues and Rey did a great job communicating and addressing them. We had a great stay and recommend this house.

Check in was seemless. Kitchen had state of the art cookware and plenty of it.Location was perfect short walk to both ocean and bay. The carport was a great way to avoid on street parking. Loved sitting on the porch in morning with coffee and at night with a cocktail. Highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay in Rey!s home. It was spacious, clean, and a convenient location. Rey was able to accommodate us last minute and was extremely helpful and responsive. We will be looking to stay again next year!

We were so lucky to find Rey's house in our last minute search for a rental in OC. It was in the perfect location for us as it is directly across the street from family. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and was a nice quick walk to the beach and Boardwalk. The 2 parking spaces were a plus, especially during the crazy 4th of July holiday. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the house was clean and cozy. We would definitely stay again.
