Location is everything!! Constructed in 2018, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfectly located in the heart of Ocean City and easily within walking distance to downtown. Also situated just two blocks from the beach and boardwalk, this home boasts a private rooftop deck, covered front porch and rear balcony to enjoy all the sights and sounds of the city! Inside your vacation home, you’ll enjoy tons of natural light, cathedral ceilings, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, granite counter-tops, central AC and all of the modern amenities (detailed below). We also have you covered for the beach - 8 chairs, 3 umbrellas, a cabana, 8 tags, wheeleez beach cart, children’s wagon and toys are already at the property so you can pack lighter! An outside enclosed shower let’s you get cleaned up easily too.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Jason’s property. The location was a dream; walkable to the beach, boardwalk, stores, shops, parks, etc. The house had a lot to offer in terms of furnishings, beach supplies, and extras. Extra clean and comfortable!

We had a great stay! The house was very comfortable and clean. It was in a quiet neighborhood. Only two blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Beach tags and beach chairs and toys were a plus!

We had a wonderful stay at this clean and nicely decorated home. It had all the amenities that we needed and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The owner responds very promptly when you send him a message and is very kind. We had a problem with the coffee pot and contacted him. He didn’t hesitate and dropped a replacement off later that day. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay here again someday!

This property is AMAZING!!! I am extremely hard to please when it comes to being away from home. I look for modern, updated properties that are spotless. This property was exactly that! It smelled like it was just renovated. The decor was contemporary and modern, and we felt like we stayed at home (only better!) Jason, the property owner, answered all questions before and during our stay promptly and he was always available if we needed him. The home had anything and everything that we could have possibly needed. He even had batteries if we needed them. The house was in a perfect location, right at the boardwalk. We loved everything about the property and our experience.
