BEACH ACCESS Located at The Sea Pines Beach Club, this is 1.4 miles or a 4 min bike ride. There is also a beach shuttle pick up located off Greenwood Drive. Parking at the beach club is not permitted and restricted to owners only.

CAR PASSES – Sea Pines requires a car pass for each approved vehicle. Passes are $9/day or $20/week per vehicle. These must be ordered in advance.
CANCELLATIONS - Cancellation Policy: If the reservation is cancelled at least 60 days prior to the check-in date, 100% of any deposit or prepayment for the reservation paid less $150.00 administration fee to Relax Rentals will be refunded to the Guest. No refunds are available for cancellations received within 59 days of the check-in date. The Guest will also receive a full refund of any deposit or prepayment for the reservation paid to Relax Rentals if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of making the reservation so long as the check-in date is at least 72 hours after the date the reservation is made; otherwise, no refunds are available. No refunds are available in the event of early departures, no-shows or inclement weather. All cancellation requests must be submitted to Relax Rentals by email to [email protected]. Cancellation requests by phone will not be accepted. Our cancellation policy supersedes any third-party site such as VRBO or Airbnb, you are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance.

We celebrated my son’s wedding this weekend and the house was ideal for our stay. Everything was wonderful and ideal for our needs.

We loved staying at this beautiful home! The Sea Pines neighborhood was the perfect place to stay in Hilton Head - close to biking/walking trails, the beach, Harbour Town, restaurants and shops. The landscape was so lush and golf course views were beautiful. The pool was a family favorite! The layout of the home was great for our large family to be able to spread out. My 4 kids loved staying in the big bedroom above the garage, and having their own bathroom up there was a huge plus! I can’t say enough good things about this property. 10/10 would recommend!

The house itself if nice but there were lots of little things that we did not like so we won't book this one again. Temperature control throughout the house was poor. Kitchen was not stocked well despite saying that it was. Creepy pool guy just walks up on the pool deck on Sunday as my daughters are out there laying out. Light bulbs out, cobwebs and dust in certain spots, no dust pan, outside trash was fun until Wednesday. One bathroom shower head was wonky and sprayed everywhere and same tub drained extremely slow. Lots of tiny ants in the kitchen. Then pool guy came again and said we tried to turn the pool heater on which we did not and turned the fountain down so we had to have him come back out and turn it back up. The tvs were ridiculous to try and operate with no directions. I think one had 8 remotes in the cabinet.
And some areas just smelled weird - musty maybe.
