Short walk to beach. Grandkids loved the pool and hot tub. Room enough for family to spread out. Kitch was well stocked. Had a wonderful time! Thanks, Jay

The pool was amazing! It was actually warm (sometimes that isn't the case even when paying for heat). The heat was set to 86! The hot tub was also HOT! The backyard got sun which is important to us as a family. You could always find a shade spot though for those who like to stay out of the sun. The house is soooo close to the beach. A few minute bike ride and you are at the Beach Club. The house itself was great as well! Tons of space and plenty of household items supplied. The owner is very repsonsive. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a large house that is close to the beach.

Great week! Jay was extremely responsive. Space was everything we needed and more.

Location was awesome - close to the Sea Pines Beach House, bike paths, trolley stops, etc. There is plenty of space - we had thirteen folks, including two toddlers - and there is plenty of space for separation of multiple family units (helpful at night, early morning, etc.). Indoor spaces were clean, but some updating is needed. The balcony facing the pool was unusable due to large accumulation of dirt/pollen/etc. There was a slight odor in the 2 bedroom guest house, possibly coming from the bathroom or elsewhere (?maybe it was the air fresheners?). A/C & laundry worked well and there was plenty of cabinet space & room for cold items in fridge. Overall, the appliances & kitchen worked well - and we appreciated the separate ice maker.
