My family and I had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.

Breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect. It was easy to come and go and we were near everything. We loved our stay. The ability to bring our dog made it even more special.

The wooden floor in the kitchen area seemed dirty. The carpets need vacuuming as well.

Overall it was a pleasant stay, but it could have been better.

The pool was warm, which is a high priority for me. The food at the restaurant was good, as was the service.

We did not have enough towels in our room. They only gave us one for showering and we had to request more, but when my dad found a maid, she did not speak English and did not understand the request. When we called the front desk, there was no dial tone and someone came up to service the phone and left without fixing it. Also the faucet was loose.

Disappointing experiance

The room, the large space.

I got a large roomie suit with kitchenette. But: Poor breakfast with prepacked jam like in Motel 8, std omelette, no variations, no vegetables. Poor maintenance: clogged shower head, chipped painting, stucked shades.. This is not what one can expect from an Hilton hotel chain, for 300$ per night! Very disappointing!!

Great Hotel and Even Better Service

My stay at Serena Hotel Aventura was truly excellent. The facilities are in great condition, the gym and pool are top-notch, and the location is perfect for getting around the area. I want to give special thanks to Miguel at the front desk, whose great attitude and helpfulness really made a difference. He was always friendly, attentive, and incredibly supportive throughout my stay. In short: a great hotel, great service, and an experience I would absolutely recommend. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay. A clean, family-friendly, and pleasant environment is very important to me, and everything was clean. It was convenient to have a restaurant in the same building, and we loved steak tacos from the menu — highly recommended.

The property was very nice. The room was clean, sophisticated and very nicely decorated. We were even given a free upgrade as a diamond member! 10/10 for the room aesthetic.

There were two things that I disliked about my stay. The first is that guests had to pay for parking. The parking rate was astronomically high. $32 per night! Most hotels including Hilton hotels have a free or reduced guest parking lot. The second thing o didn’t like about my stay was whenever housekeeping would clean - they would not replace any of the items. I thought this was very odd… for example they would remove the dirty towels, used soap and coffee pods but would not replace anything. This felt like an extra nuance because I had to request everything be replaced.

Location was good.

The hotel was difficult to find because the sign is so small. There are no directions as to where to park or if there is valet. It’s very difficult to navigate the hotel as the parking garage elevator takes you directly to your room floor but it’s not clearly outlined where to go. Also, they charged me $6 for a bottle of water in my room that I thought was complimentary. Over priced and not a lot of service or help. Made my stay stressful.

My room was pretty spacious, it was updated and modern. I love the decor and it has a full size fridge, sitting area and a sofa.

Great hotel

The hotel was in a quiet area, but close to many restaurants, shops, whole foods, and 15min drive to Hollywood Beach. Very spacious room and bathroom, with Lavazza coffee machine and minifridge. The pool with restaurant and gym on the 6th floor is excellent. Everything is functional and new (hotel open in 2022), at an affordable price, which is rare in Florida. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Location was not what we expected unless you are going to the hospitals around it it’s not a nice location

I needed a place to stay quickly and this worked out. The staff gave me a late check out which I appreciated. The shower was really really nice. Comfortable and warm.

It did take about ten minutes for a staff person to arrive at the front desk.

Simply Fantastic

I especially liked Gloria at the front desk. She was very nice. I especially like that my room was cleaned after I left midday. When I stayed at a Marriott Hotel if you did not remove the do not disturb sign by 12pm they would not return to clean your room. At this hotel I did not have this experience. I especially like the blinds, you could not even tell if it was night or day. I really loved that. It was such a comfortable atmosphere bed and everyone was friendly. Just fantastic. The rooftop party was such a wonderful surprise. Just great.

Disappointment

The room was nice and the front desk was helpful.

The a/c was loud and out of control - even when it was set to 72, the temperature in the room was 67. The phone didn't work. There was no water in the room for the guests and the only option was to pay 6USD for a small bottle of water. The housekeeping didn't do a good job, forgot to fill up the coffee and didn't make the bed. I paid 1800 usd for 4 nights so it was definitely not good value for money. I booked the hotel as it is part of the Hilton family but I was disappointed.
