Hidden luxury
This is a hidden gem! The location gives the impression that the hotel isn't going to be up to par... couldn't be wrong. The room was clean, decorated nicely, and very comfortable. The attendant who checked us in was very helpful, making himself available to us throughout our stay. I don't think you'll be disappointed with this purchase.

It is a hotel that doesn’t resemble any other hotel I have ever seen. No big lobby, no reception office with long line, and no noise. It’s like an automated hotel where you enter a small hall just next to its main gate with Ben or Gorge waiting for you to check you in; and once you pay, you receive your room cards for the elevator, for your room and for the main gate.
It is highly secure, clean, functional and economical.

Miscommunication
The prooperty was nice. Only issue I ran into was when it was time to get my deposit and being charged extra for the sodas in the refrigerator that we didnt take. I explained that one soda was dranked by mistake and no way in hell is anyone paying 5 dollars for a can of soda. Asli we dont live in mIami ans expecting someone to drive back to the hotel to get a deposit that was promised to be given at the end of leaving. I had to wait and was told they would have it by apple pay to later say they dont. Then to make matters worse being charged for drinks i didnt know ven drink is crazy. yes they accomadated me with switching the rooms but only because I wasnt sure on keeping the reservation and not getting a refund. I dont think I would stay here again. It was nice but no breakfast no pool no amenities. I was stressed enough with just the deposit which wasnt even much at all. Probably wouldnt stay here again. Sorry

Brand new building. Very comfortable apartment fully equipped. Well located, just five minutes away from Aventura Mall and other things to do in North Miami Beach. Shutout for Ben, he is always there for you.
Technically is not a hotel: no 24 hours reception, no room service. Just for you to know what to expect. It is a nice modern building with fully equipped apartments for short stay rents with very helpful staff.

Great place, new, clean, and very comfy. A lot of attention to detail. The person on a reception is super friendly and helpful. Location is nice, there is a place to have a nice breakfast or lunch, public transport is nearby. Hotel itself is pretty calm and quiet, it was a pleasant surprise.
Will definitely recommend it to anyone who is planning to visit Miami and looking for a place with reasonable prices.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, from facilities to staff, from beginning to end, inside and out, everything was deceptive.
First, I booked a room with a balcony for three days, but the lobby manager placed me in what he called a brand new large room, which was converted from a former emergency exit and had just been renovated 3 days ago. The room had an extremely unpleasant chemical smell, and even the bath towels were saturated with this odor. When I left, my outerwear that had been left in the room was also filled with this smell.
Second, on the first night, the emergency exit light inside the room stayed on and could not be turned off, making the entire room very bright. It was obvious that this room was not ready for occupancy. Additionally, there was a buzzing noise throughout the night, making it impossible for me to sleep. When I complained to the staff, they said they couldn't solve this problem in the middle of the night, nor could they change my room, and told me to figure out how to sleep on my own, which made me very angry. I don't think I should be staying in a room full of chemical odors, with continuous noise, and green lights that cannot be turned off for nearly $300 per night. So early the next morning, I told the general manager that I wanted to move out as I couldn't accept such a hotel.
The lobby manager apologized and asked if I wanted to change to another room. I replied that I didn't, as none of my problems from the previous night had been resolved, and I no longer trusted the hotel's service. So we reached an agreement that the hotel would charge me for the first night and refund the fees for the remaining two days. He showed me the charge slip (only for one night), but didn't have me sign it or allow me to take a photo.
I thought this would be the end of the matter, but after a day, I discovered that the hotel had not refunded my money, so I began to complain to Booking.com.
