Outstanding spa and relaxing stay

The spa was super grande! We did not expect to find so many facilities in the wellness centre. So we were pleasantly surprised. Also the breakfast is phenomenal. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was outstandingly nice. We chose to stay for another time during our holiday.

Posh Hotel in a spectacular outdoors-oriented city.

The perfect hotel in the Dolomites! The staff is wonderful, offering excellent advice on local activities and transportation. The facilities are superb: three pools, a large number of saunas and many rooms for relaxation. The dining is incredible: a huge selection of items at breakfast and a superb menu at dinner.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating- from check in, at the restaurant and the spa! The breakfast was incredible with a wide selection. I particularly liked the juicer where you could make your own carrot and apple juice. The pastries were amazing (pistachio croissants were delicious)!!! The spa facilities were amazing! All the areas were so clean and relaxing. Loved the outdoor space on a sunny afternoon! Pool and lounge chairs !

Surprisingly luxurious

Everything was very clean. A hotel with special old style character but well maintained. Our room was modern and spacious and really well soundproofed. The spa facilities great. We especially appreciated that the water in the pools was warm enough to really be able to enjoy them. Staff was friendly and professional. Great breakfast buffet.

Only problem that it got too warm in the room so had to try sleep with the balcony door open for first part of the night which also brought in some sounds from the road.

Wonderful Hotel

This is a unique stay that mixes the traditional with the modern. the staff is not only professional but conveyed pleasure in their work. The spa is outstanding. The two pools were large and had the most lovely warm water and views. Food was excellent. The breakfast spread was diverse and fresh. Highly recommend this and stay as long as you can.

Everything was perfect! Top Class fascilitie! The best part was how ALL staff had a natural gift of givning the best service ever. The Front desk welcomming was fantastic and all restaurant staff was great, housekeeping as well. I want to give extra credit to a fantastic person (Yela) working at the bar. So cool and so professional.

I recently stayed at Romantik hotel and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive. They made sure I had everything I needed and even offered recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept soundly each night. The bathroom was also clean and well-appointed, with plenty of towels and toiletries. I was also impressed with the hotel's amenities. The gym was well-equipped, and the pool area was a great place to relax and unwind. The on-site restaurant was also fantastic, with a delicious menu and attentive waitstaff. Overall, I had a fantastic stay,and amenities were all top-notch. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area.

Pleasant stay, a bit overpriced unless you plan to use the SPA every day

Our room was wonderful, with a gorgeous view on the mountains and the hotel's garden. We particularly appreciated having a roomy shower (sometimes hotels offer a tub instead, which can be a nuisance if all one wants to do is shower). The SPA was also excellent, with plenty of saunas to choose from, indoor and outdoor pools, and never too busy to relax properly. The staff was absolutely impeccable, always friendly and helpful, real kudos for that.

The hotel is quite a walk from the centre of Dobbiaco (20 minutes by foot). Expect to take the car most of the time. The WiFi is slow and inconsistent, even though there's a repeater right inside the room. The breakfast was middling at best, with disappointing homemade cakes and unremarkable croissants. In a hotel like this one would expect real espresso while all coffee came from an automatic machine. The single dinner we had at the hotel confirmed our suspicions that food just isn't this hotel's strong suit.

Absolutely incredible room and hotel! The room was very spacious with a lot of positive features, we felt very comfortable and happy. The spa was amazing, really well designed and has a lot to offer. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, with the breakfast being particularly great. I can’t think of anything that they lose points on, we felt very welcomed and looked after.

Rundum perfekter Aufenthalt!

Wir waren leider nur zwei Nächte in diesem wunderschönen Hotel, haben uns aber von der ersten Minute an rundum wohlgefühlt. Schon beim späten Check-in wurden wir herzlich empfangen – das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch beim sehr frühen Check-out hat man sich rührend um uns gekümmert und uns sogar ein Lunchpaket vorbereitet – wirklich ein toller Service! Das Hotel überzeugt in jeder Hinsicht: Die Zimmer sind modern, super sauber und gepflegt, und von unserem Zimmer aus hatten wir einen traumhaften Blick auf die Berge. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und passt perfekt zur Berglandschaft. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet! Besonders das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen – große Auswahl, frisch und liebevoll angerichtet. Auch beim Abendessen gab es verschiedene Auswahlmöglichkeiten, inklusive einem leckeren Salatbuffet und einem tollen Nachspeisenbuffet. Der Spa-Bereich ist großzügig gestaltet und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Besonders die zwei Außenpools mit Bergblick sind ein echtes Highlight. Auch die Lage ist ideal – tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung, eine unkomplizierte Parksituation und einfach ein Ort, an dem man sofort abschalten kann. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit!

Tolles Ambiente, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal und exzellenter Service. Hervorragendes Essen und tolles Angebot an geführten Wanderungen durch Simon!

Einzig, dass unser Zimmer nur eine Badewanne, aber keine Dusche bzw. eine Duschwand hat, so mussten wir uns umständlich in die Wanne hocken zum Duschen, ansonsten wäre das Bad unter Wasser gewesen 😉

Uprzejma, życzliwa obsługa. Świetne sauny oraz baseny. Smaczne śniadania, sporo alternatyw dla osób z nietolerancjami pokarmowymi. Czysto i przyjemny klimat. Świetne WiFi. Wspaniały widok z pokoju.

Ktoś powinien przejrzeć sprzęt na siłowni, bo niektóre sprzęty uszkodzone.. Masaż sportowy powinien być wykonany przez kogoś z kwalifikacjami jak fizjoterapeuci, a było lekkie dotykanie przypadkowych miejsc. Poniżej oczekiwań. Drobnostka, ale brak smart tv to minus.

Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Wer Halbpension bucht, bekommt wirklich tolles und sehr schmackhaftes Essen. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr ansprechend und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
