Pleasant spa retreat

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent sauna and pool facilities. Friendly staff. I didn't get breakfast as had to leave early but I'm sure it was delicious. Would recommend.

Great base for a Dolomite adventure

One of the best things about the Cristallo is the food! We ate there three times and by the end rather regretted not having half board - really high quality food well served with some excellent value local wine pairings recommended every day too.

The room smelled like someone had smoked before in it. Unfortunately if you arrive late you cannot enjoy the pool/sauna as they are closed at 7pm.

Absolutely fine as a stopover for one night. The hotel is a bit old fashioned but clean and comfortable.

Conveniently located, friendly staff, great value for money

Rooms are clean and comfortable; very friendly and helpful staff, especially thankful to the front desk managers who are so kind to take us with our bulky luggage to the train station. Hotel restaurant serves delicious set dinner at a reasonable price, good service too.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and helped to organise the transport of our luggage whilst we cycled. We hadn‘t booked the evening meal but were invited for an aperitif and offered to join the gala dinner, which was beautifully cooked and presented (5 courses) for €20 per person. The breakfast was also excellent. The pool and sauna area were clean and very inviting. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Rigenerante vacanza alpina, tra escursioni meravigliose e buon cibo

Cortesia e attenzione per l’ospite, colazione e cena ottime, varie, abbondanti. Posizione centrale comoda a tutti i servizi. Personale e padroni di casa super gentili, sempre pronti a soddisfare le richieste. Magnifici i trattamenti alla spa, la signorina Cristina davvero bravissima, professionale. Molto pulito.

Orario inizio colazione per iniziare presto le escursioni con il fresco del mattino anche se la struttura si rende disponibile a preparare il sacco colazione da portare via.o dí anticipare in caso di richiesta.
