While the hotel offered a mildly comfortable stay, there were a few areas where it fell short. The location was convenient, and the staff was friendly. However, the bed was uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep at times. The aesthetic was very dated and dark. The breakfast was very basic. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I would expect more for the price.

It is a pity that despite this hotel having several qualities, some unpleasant situations weighed negatively in our evaluation. The strengths were: - the extreme kindness and sympathy of Maria (I believe she is the owner of the hotel) - the understanding and kindness of the employee who takes care of the SPA - the hearty breakfast, which compared to other hotels we stayed at, was undoubtedly the best - the comfort of the room, including the view from the balcony - the great location and the availability of easy parking near the hotel entrance However.... as I said at the beginning, a very unpleasant situation made our stay lose its shine. What has happened: My 11-year-old son and I did a tour of almost a month around Italy. We passed by numerous hotels, few with a swimming pool. My son was very anxious about the possibility of enjoying the pool at this hotel and I even canceled some tours in the city precisely to have more time for him to enjoy this benefit. We arrived at the hotel around 4pm and were told that the pool closed at 7pm. Okay, a little disappointing but we would still have 3 hours to enjoy it. When we arrived at the SPA, we realized that children are not welcome. We were told not to make any noise and to get into the pool without big dives. Okay, kind of discouraging for a kid, but we understand the situation. When we put our foot in the pool, however, what was our disappointment when we felt extremely cold water! In an indoor pool! Bottom line, we didn't even g

Breakfast had a good continental selection. Dobbiaco is a small town but had a nice feel to it. We were staying the night prior to hiking the Alta Via 1 in the Dolomites. Overall I would recommend this hotel if visiting Dobbiaco.

It was very clean inside and the beds were comfortable, we slept very well. The shower had good pressure and hot water was plentiful. The balcony was a bit strange as it was just a small room attached to the bedroom in which you can stand and look out the window. The view was nice with the town and mountains in the background. Breakfast had a good continental selection. Dobbiaco is a small town but had a nice feel to it. We were staying the night prior to hiking the Alta Via 1 in the Dolomites. Overall I would recommend this hotel if visiting Dobbiaco.

The town of Dobbiaco turner out to be a lot quieter than expected with not much to do but it's only minutes away from more lively places. The hotel is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. A bit pricy for the quality perceived in my opinion.

We arrived late and in the middle of dinner time where a busy restaurant was also operated. We had several problems to solve before leaving the next day. Alice was exceptionally helpful with overseas phone calls, gluten free diet and making us very welcome. I truly couldn't thank her enough. Our rooms were clean, quiet, comfortable.

Facility serves breakfast (and dinner). You can book both if you want. We were not aware of dinner and stumbled into it. The meal was good but there was a lot, so go hungry. Other guests were very friendly.
