Absolutely great and welcoming staff! The owner and the colleagues were very helpful. Because had an issues with the previous hotel and as emergency found Casa Alpina Dobbiaco, and was very pleased how wonderful and easy it was. Absolutely great communication. An exceptional coffee and a good breakfast! The property a bit old fashion but very clean and charming. Strongly recommend!

The accommodation was better than what the rating on booking.com suggested
Breakfast for 5 euro was a nice supplement
They should have given me the Südtirol Guest Pass for public transport (included in the price of the stay).
Because they failed to inform me about its existence, I paid €22 extra for transport. When I asked them for a written confirmation that they hadn't informed me, they did not reply. This is regrettable, so I have reported the situation to the South Tyrol public transport authority.

Nice low budget solo traveling option. Good breakfast. Nice outdoor area.
Definitely in need of some upgrades. Dark room with bad lighting and amenities weren’t anything special.
