Good location and wide parking space
Totally overpriced
Not sufficient heating system, temperature of the room was too low…

Nice low budget solo traveling option. Good breakfast. Nice outdoor area.
Definitely in need of some upgrades. Dark room with bad lighting and amenities weren’t anything special.

It is a convenient place for a car traveller: close to Cortina d’Ampezzo, lakes Misurina, Dobbiaco and Braies. Easy parking.
This is the second time that I stayed at this place, just because of its convenient location. My present stay (one night) was okay, but the first time, about 4-5 years ago, was much, much better!!! I remembered friendly gentleman, the owner, good supper, and very affordable price!
But this time the price was about two times higher that it used to be… the room was cold… wi-fi very poor…
And another thing: I tried to book a room at this place as early, as February-March. In the process of booking, I made a mistake: booked a night in July, instead of August. I noticed the mistake immediately and contacted the hotel asking to change the dáte. In vain! The money were taken, to change the dáte impossible: they said that everything was already booked for August… And I looked again at them in the end of July, revising my plans - and the hotel was not booked fully! So, in fact I paid twice for my night in Dobbiaco…

Great location near the train/bus station as well as the bike rental. Super easy walk into town, beautiful location and comfy clean rooms. Felt very pricey comparative to the rest of our stays in the dolomites (almost 3x as expensive) but for Dobbiaco seemed to be the going rate.

It was a place to stay. The location was good and the place from the outside seemed quaint. There was ample parking.
It was expensive for what it was, the room was very dated and basic.

Close proximity to the train station, and the staff was welcoming :)

The location is pretty near to the train station, so you are faster to get away from the hotel.
Hotel staff was a bit confusing. Also they forgot to remove the main door's key at the night so we had to wait one hour outside.

The receptionist offered me to put my bicycle inside the building.
The bed was very hard. But maybe it's better for my back? The interior seemed a little outdated and the sound from the corridor and neighbours was very clear.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very good location to explore the Dolomites. The garden is beautiful and a great place to relax.
The hotel is very clean.

Friendly service and very convenient location. Literally across the train station and bus stop. The staff in the dining area were professional and abided by covid-rules.
Very basic room, with older amenities, and it may not be as cozy when it's winter time. It was reminiscent of when staying in an old-town motel.

Staff were friendly and a good location. Breakfast had a good selection and was unlimited at a low price. Location was easy by the station. Shower was good.
Price was very high for what was received. The rooms were not very comfy as the double bed was 2 mattresses poorly put together. Not all the lights worked and some were harsh LED bulbs that you could not easily read from. Given that we were paying 100euro a night, they only had plastic cups at breakfast for water and fly protectors should have been used for some of the food. There are better hotels for lower prices in the area.

A decent room with decent breakfast. The room is a bit old but you have everything you need and it was clean.
- the room was quite cold even in July with only blankets to warm up
- the furniture was quite old

I am very sorry to say that I didn’t like anything about the property itself and I wouldn’t stay there again. However, the staff were great and it’s well located for the train station. Our bed linen and bathroom were very clean and there was lots of hot water. The large double bed was comfortable.
I guess it must have been cheaper than other hotels in the area but it still wasn’t value for money. I was expecting a basic double room with a balcony and got room 18 which had a large double bed and a set of bunk beds in it. It was at the back of the building and it was very dark and dreary. It did feel like a very basic room in a hostel and I’m really glad we only stayed one night. The hotel was very dated and the bedspreads were so old fashioned. Not the fault of the staff working there but it really did feel a bit depressing. So sorry to sound negative.

Location is ideal and the Breakfast and staff was good too.
Common areas are dark. We have to find the switch to turn the light on which is at the corner of the hallway so we have to walk in the dark.
