Gorgeous view and a truly pleasant experience.

Beautiful view of Tre Cime, comfortable room, and a good breakfast. Very attentive staff. There are great restaurants nearby, ranging from casual to fine dining. For those needing bus or train connections, the station is less than a five-minute walk away.

Although we had been notified in advance by message, it’s worth noting that the reception is closed between 12:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., so luggage drop-off or check-in is not possible during this time. After check-in, access is available 24/7 with a key card.

Nice enough but basic and expensive for what we got.

Staff were great and breakfast was really good.

Very basic accommodation, we had a balcony but no chairs to sit on it, no fridge in the room, no cups or plates or anything to have a snack and drink in our rooms. It cost more than our next accommodation on the west side of the dolomites which had all that and more.

Cultural experience in the beautiful town Dobbiaco

the building is beautiful and the location extremely convenient next to the train station and bus to Three Peaks, the breakfast was delicious and the gardens beautiful, you can see some mountain peaks from your room window, the staff is very helpful and friendly, it was possible to do laundry for reasonable cost

maybe a bit far from town centre, but it was ok for us

Amazed!

the room was large, cozy and warm (in the mountains it's cold often), the building was huge and very beautiful (guest house is only a part of it's territory), interior inside is beautiful like an old-fashioned lux (in a good way). There also was a lift (very comfortable for trip with a baby in stroller).

Like an option for future - to add children chairs in the dining room :) Bar downstairs closes at 7pm, it would be great if it worked a little longer ( to have a cup of tea after hike)

Amazing place, a dive in the history.

The room and the bathroom are really very big, super clean and comfortable. Very kind staff and amazing building rich in history.

Since it was low season many things were still closed. Since it is a guesthouse the reception is open a few hours a day but the staff is very responsive.

Comfortable and great position

I really appreciated the comfort of the room (hot and large), the great position (5 minutes to reach Dobbiaco city center by car) and breakfast

Missing a TV in each bedroom: as the city is not so enjoyable by night due to the weather (as you would expect by a Mountain city), I would have appreciated TV entertainment and a fridge in the bedroom. I would have also appreciated the possibility to check in after lunch (reception not available 24/7)

Laura was absolutely amazing with all the help she provided prior to and during my stay. I had a lot of questions and she was more than happy to help with anything. I even cancelled an different place purely because of Laura and her responsiveness!

Pleasant place to stay 😊

The location was very good for us to visit several Lakes in the Dolomite Mountains. It's also very close to shops and restaurants and can easily go for a peaceful walk in the evening. Breakfast was very good and had a good variety of things to choose from. Will recommend this place any time. Private Parking was also very safe.

You need to open the window if you feel hot because there's no air-conditioning in the room. Be careful of mosquitoes!!

The location is great, in front of the train station. as we came with bikes and we have no exact time of arrival, mrs. Laura gave instructions how to get keys of the room on mobile via sms, that we do not need be burdened when to arrive. Very helpful and friendly stuff, breakfast excellent and the ambient superb.
