Tirta Jenar Villas is an absolute dream, nestled deep in the jungle and far from the chaotic hustle and bustle of Ubud. It is the perfect peaceful sanctuary to unwind after a tiring day of sightseeing and to recharge from the mass tourism that, unfortunately, has also reached northern Bali.
Despite being a quiet haven, the property is well-connected to various points of interest and sits just a 1-minute walk from the beautiful Pura Gunung Kawi Sebatu temple.
The villa itself is stunning and spotlessly clean. The real highlights of our room were the private pool and the gorgeous, stone-immersed bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel offers great additional services.
What truly sets this place apart is the authentic connection you get with the local culture, unlike the anonymous mega-hotels surrounding Ubud. The hosts are special, beautiful people who run this amazing property with so much love, and we will carry them in our hearts forever.
Highly recommended for a true Balinese experience!

Very lovely, super helpful and friendly local Balinese family. Greeted us with a warm smile and helped us with our luggage. The Indonesian breakfast was terrific - lovely fresh juice and a really tasty Nasi Goreng, together with coffee. The villas overlook dense jungle, and are very peaceful. We loved every moment of being there, and our hosts couldn't do enough for us. We'll be back.

It was so secluded. Nature at your doorstep.
