Sleepy Bear Ranch - Hot Tub and Pet-friendly!

The management company was difficult to deal with. They had you upload front and back pictures or your license and credit card. I missed the credit card picture and even though the card was already charged they would not give us access to the cabin until i uploaded the picture with no cell service so without wifi i had to drive back to town and get service. If they would have just given me wifi password it would have saved a ton of effort. The cabin was not clean. Went to plug in a charger and under the bed were several gummy bears, a shoe, a sock and a bottle of lotion. Also cabin needs lots of TLC that it is not getting.

Rustic cabin, very private. Celebrated Christmas with our four generations. Son and wife, grandchildern, granddaughter, husband and great-granddaughters. Enjoyed the firepit, roasting weiners and making s'mores. Children enjoyed the hottub. The kids loved the basketball pit and the game machine.

We were looking forward to a family vacation renting 3/3 cabin. Upon arrival we noticed the guest bath was inoperable because water was leaking out under tub and wall. We promptly called the next morning to report and we were told maintenance would be out. After several calls and text maintenance never showed during our week stay. Requested financial credit since we had no use of 3rd bath but paid for it. No response. While it was a spacious cabin, linens were sparse and poor quality. Hand soap dispensers were 90% empty and area rug smelled in main living area. I expect to hear from management company - Cabins for You, to learn what they are going to do to make this right.

The house was everything we were expecting. Perfect for a group of 11. We all have beds, the 3 bathrooms was perfect for the big group. The location was amazing, around 15 minutes of all the attractions. Our teens have an amazing time. We will definitely come back!!!

The cabin is run down the floors are bad and the upkeep is Terrible

The overall rental process was very easy. Loved the process and the house. We were very comfy with 6 people. Each room has their own restroom which was great and made getting ready for the day much easier. Older kids enjoyed the hot tub which was clean on arrival. If we come back to Tennessee in the future, we will definitely rent this house. Easy commute to attractions.

The property was just as the pictured stated online. We were thrown off by how tall the grass had gotten around the whole property. The inside was as the pictures stated, for the most part. We were very surprised by the third bedroom, the one with the washer/dryer, not having central air. That little unit that was put in there was almost put into overdrive because it did not get the room cooled until the evening time. The driveway was the absolute worst part of the whole property. It was almost impossible to drive up it (in the back) without feeling as though you were going to either get stuck or fall down the hill. Please please get that fixed for future guest.

This property is clearly labeled that it is pet friendly however the day before I check out I received a text message from Renee stating the property was not pet friendly and I would be fined for any damages after a through inspection. Threatening your guests is not a way to get return customers. Not only did my reservation have that I was bringing a pet we found a dog chew bone under the couch the first day of our stay. I also sent a message to the property manager the day after check in to make them aware of some issues with the cabin and not only did I NEVER receive a response; Renee ignored the message I sent two days later letting her know that I had previously sent a message and no one EVER got back to me. Overall the cabin was not bad the major issue was with the lack of response unless I was being threatened with fines for damage that didn’t occur while I was there. We didn’t have working remotes for two TVs while there. The master bathroom sink was missing a piece so the water sprayed everywhere. The master bathroom tub water did not get hot. There was missing bulbs in the ceiling fan and some bulbs burned out our first night. The 2nd bathroom lights flickered which creeped everyone out. Poor customer service don’t send a reminder check out message the day before someone is supposed to checkout as you didn’t send a check in reminder the day before but the day of. I would definitely think again before renting from this company again.
