Clean, wonderful views, but in dire need of remodel or extensive maintenance.

The views were great. The cleaning service does an excellent job.

Master bathroom shower drain plugged, water & gunk nearly overflowed the shower pan. Huge gap at the bottom of the shower door so water sprays onto the floor. Large hole in the wall where the fixture comes through it. Good thing there was another bathroom. Second bathroom has extensive sheetrock damage, holes in the walls. Customer service (maintenance? landlord?) is in another country and, tho kind, not helpful at all, before, during, and after our stay. They said they would apply for a discount to compensate for the bathroom problems but have been unsuccessful.

Great view.

Lock was broken on front door of unit so I couldn’t get in for over an hour! Big stain upon entrance on area rug. Tiny TV miles from couch. Coffee maker…no coffee at $350/night. Ironing board…no iron.

The refrigerator wasn't working properly, it was hard to unlock the door to get in and had to call the property manager to get in and several lights were out.

The view was breathless, the condo was comfortable, but definitely needs updating

The view. Beds were comfortable.

TV. No local channels we could find. Kitchen lacking essential items.I.e. cookie sheets, leftover containers, Saran, aluminum foil, utensils. Other condos we’ve rented offered various cooking items like spices. The master bathroom cabinet door fell off its hinges all on its own. The cabinets through could stand refinishing for better appearance.

Views are worth it!

Fabulous location with amazing views of the coast! A short walk down to the beach and wonderful access to the Coastal Trail at the far end of the parking lot. The condo was fully equipped with lots of pots and pans for cooking. Huge living room area with comfy chairs and sofas. Beds are great. Others staying at the condo facility (owners and guests) were very friendly and helpful (as we had difficulty getting into the condo).

Check-in was a bit confusing. There is a gate (gate code is provided in a lengthy email/message) and a lockbox (lockbox number is provided in a text). The condo number is B303 (communications all just say 303) and it is in the B Building. Condo key is "touchy". Although the HOA contract that we needed to sign prior to arriving indicated only one parking spot, we requested another parking spot (thankfully, this did not seem to be a problem). Condo is a bit "worn" (particularly the kitchen). I took a scrub brush to the cabinets but it didn't seem to help much.

Roomy and beautiful view

Nobody answered multiple phone numbers when we were searching for room. There are 5 buildings. All doors are in alcoves behind stairwells and room numbers not visible from driveway. 5 buildings. A,b,c,d,e. Room number did not tell us the building and there are 303 in each one. Called and phone rang off hook. Took us 45 minutes to locate room. Had to find a 303 with a lock box. Emailed to no avail. Got a sorry email 24 hours later.
