Comfortable place, great location, AMAZING views. Shout out to Jolene (housekeeper). I left my jewelry box with some expensive pieces in it & she & Ron (property management) made sure it was safely returned to me (the lady in their office was extremely nice when I picked it up). This is the second time I've stayed at a Pacific Properties location & I am impressed by them.

We stayed at this property for 2 days during our coastal road trip vacation, and it was really the highlight of our trip. The property was very clean and maintained, and the ocean views were amazing. All the rooms had a great view of the ocean/beach, and the living room even had floor to ceiling windows. The path down to the beach was a really nice perk too. Would love to stay here again!

This place is fabulous. The view and area are wonderful. We were very concerned when we discovered a widow over the refrigerator that goes to a room over the garage with a view of the whole unit including the bedroom and bathroom. This was very creepy.

My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary with a trip to the Oregon coast, and it did not disappoint! Our stay in Brookings was excellent. Our view of the ocean from the deck was nothing short of amazing! The place was clean, but could use a little updating at some point. If we ever return to Brookings, we'd certainly stay here again!

This property is exactly as described with spectacular views. The Brookings harbor is so close with wonderful restaurant options. We enjoyed the easy access to Harris Beach and the short drive to the Natural Bridges. Highly recommend this rental.

This home has it all! One bedroom with an ocean view, large living room and separate sun room/family room with large pane windows to enjoy wonderful sunsets. The sun room has 2 large sliding glass doors that open up to a balcony facing the ocean. There is a large staircase that leads done to a lovely beach where we discovered many tide pools filled with starfish and other fun creatures. The home was clean, comfortable, quiet and located close to shopping and several beaches. Highly recommended and we would stay there again next year!

Despite being right on the 101, traffic noise is almost entirely absent due to the volume of the waves. I was worried about navigating the tight parking and small driveway, but it ended up not being an issue at all, and it's lovely falling asleep to the sound of the surf. Beach access is easy and, for those not used to stairs, the staircase does have several resting points built in with benches positioned to enjoy the view. The property was clean, although ants were a problem. Check in was easy with clear directions. The space does get full sun and was really warm the first night and there is no AC, but it cools down and stays cool if you open all the windows to let the ocean breeze in.

Stunning views from every room in the house. I had no clue how spacious this was going to be and am looking forward to booking it next year. The stairway to the beach is approximately 200 steps. Not an issue if you pace yourself and take mini breaks at each landing. Overall, I was extremely impressed.

This accommodation screams Relaxation. Well situated, easy access, playful motifs, great sunroom and deck. Secret Beach is a must see. The lower harbor is a treasure of food and entertainment. Highly recommend for extended stays. So many landmarks to enjoy.

The property is 5 minutes from Brookings set on a cliff above the Pacific with create views of the beach, rocks, ocean and sunsets. We had the top floor uit which was very spacious and comfortable. There is a walkway /stairs down to the beach although it is a bit if a hike on the way back up to the house. We highly recommend this as a quiet retreat on the coast!

Once we got into the house, we were met with a clean inviting home and stunning views of the coast. The property is close to town, easy access to everything Brookings has to offer. We rented the top floor of the house and it was beautiful. We had our own entrance and everything. The house was well stocked and the owners were easy to reach if we had any questions. But the view! If you is what i'm here to talk about. It seems like the entire backwall was nothing but windows so you can see out onto the pacific coast. You could see the rocks jutting up from the cold, blue waters. It was just like a postcard. Along with the wall of windows there are small windows or doors that you can open up so that you can hear the sounds of the ocean and be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves gently washing ashore. There was a private staircase that led to the rocky beach. The beach was covered with smooth stones and there were towering cliffs directly behind it. With homes perched along the edge. Driftwood was scattered all over the beach like bones of dead trees. It was a site to behold. I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone at any time of the year.

We were blown away by the views the second we walked in. It didn't matter that it rained most of the first day because it was so relaxing to sit and watch the waves crashing against the rocks. The apartment is very private and also had everything we needed for a week away from the work. Brookings has a lot of great places to go to eat. We enjoyed the local cuisine and some of the local beaches. This place was a great spot to come land after adventuring south the the mystery of trees in Klamath and Jedidiah state park...we took the dirt road through Jedidiah and didn't regret it. Thanks for a great stay!
