The location and view were perfect, there are just a few things that need some work.

The location was excellent, but the access to the beach was a bit sketchy.

The stove would not open, one blind was broken so it got warm and the sun glared into the living room.

Beautiful, relaxing and enjoyed the views.

Bathroom shower downstairs is very small. The shower drip needs to be addressed. Very annoying. Bbq was not cleaned, top of fridge needs to be cleaned. The old bbq by ping pong table was tossed into the yard. The walk to ocean is not as easy as it's made to be. Nice walk down then you get to rope to continue. Might be harder for older adult should be noted. View was beautiful.

Felt like our own private cove with a gorgeous view!!

It was the perfect location with gorgeous views of the coast! Also, there were so many hummingbirds, my elderly parents, who could not make it down to the beach from the house, loved to sit and listen to the waves while observing the many hummingbirds flittering around! The ping pong table and ms Pac-Man game were a lot of fun, too! The beds were cozy, and there was ample kitchen cookware. There really wasn't anything we "didn't like," yet I will share that the two ground-level bedrooms do not face the coast, so at night, you cannot hear the waves from either of those, although you can from the room downstairs! For ADA folks, the walk-in shower is down the stairs, so be prepared to step into a tub/shower combo on the ground floor.

I have rented quite a few houses and this was a winner! We will be coming back😀

Loved the view,the cozy beds, the gnome grotto . We wished there was some history we could have read about the house and the people who lived there. 😊Birthday dinner at the Irish Pub and breakfast at Foxys. Botanical garden was great! Plenty of towels.

Second bedroom upstairs is so dark.

Until they clean this place up it is not worth the money. I would not rent this place again.

The main part of the houses was fairly clean and in good condition.

We didn't like the basement where the 3rd bedroom was. It was cold, dirty and the crawlspace was in great need of repair. Rodents could get through which made the basement even worse. The garage had garbage in it, it was just a mess!! The outdoors was very dirty and the lawn was unkept. There was no access to the beach because everything was so OVERGROWEN. The entire place needs a chain saw taken to it, cleaned, repaired and painted.

We had a most enjoyable, and very restful, stay at the house, looking out upon the ocean everyday.

The location -- and, hence, the view of the ocean -- was outstanding; it could not have been better. Moreover, the house was well-equipped with basic pots and pans, plates and eating utensils, etc., plus cooking equipment that included MW, toaster and coffee maker.

The main problem was the bedroom. Although the bed was very comfortable, the room had no "practical" furniture. There was no dresser for unloading suitcases, and no good places on which to sit suitcases (other than one low suitcase holder). We had to bring chairs into the room to make it workable. Even at that, we had to live out of our suitcases. Another problem was working the very fancy Smart TV. There were about 8 remotes and no information on their use. The owner needs to provide a writeup that explains how to use such a TV, We couldn't even figure out hos to get the basic TV channels. But we managed.
