I was very uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the home. There were visible spider webs everywhere throughout the house. I highly considered leaving. I read so many reviews that stated they loved the place and it just smelt a little musty. But my concerns were much greater. There was mold in the bathrooms. The bedroom I stayed in looked into a weird closed off outdoor area that was covered in bugs/webs. The ocean access was sketchy. I was able to do the trek with my children and did appreciate the beauty and walk on the way down but I think there needs to be more transparency that the beach access is not suitable for young babies/toddlers or elderly people. Using a rope to pull yourself up a hill should be explained in the rental ad. This house needs a lot of updates for safety and health reasonings. The view was by far a seller but unfortunately I wouldn’t stay again.

This house has incredible views, but unfortunately the inside is worn out and was not clean. Many of the walls (especially facing the windows with the ocean views) are filthy, there were crumbs in the cabinets and in some areas of the floor, and food was left in the fridge from previous occupants. There are stains on the carpets, and the master bedroom curtains were badly stained. The main level bathroom has mold, and the shower tracks were dirty. The towels are old and felt gross considering the state of the rest of the house. I would think with what they are charging for this house, they could afford to make some improvements. There wasn't even comfortable deck furniture to enjoy the view.
It was hard to get comfortable in a house that didn't feel clean. We didn't end up even feeling like we could unpack, and decided to leave early. The house is in need of a deep clean, everything needs to be wiped down and many of the rooms need paint.

My family just stayed at this place and were totally Blessed with the breath taking view of the ocean front, rooms, even down to ms Pac-Man game and all the best places to eat for us. We would stay there again without any doubt.

Do this view justice!!! Every window in the house faces the ocean and they are huge windows. I was sooooo happy when I got here and saw the STUNNING views. The house has plenty of kitchen cooking supplies, towels, TP, laundry soap etc. The beach access is a bit of a work out but was so fun to adventure down the cool little path down. Gets steep at the end so wear good shoes and if you have baby’s or are elderly or out of shape be prepared to be out of breath or need help getting down. We are in our 30/40’s so it wasn’t bad for us. If you are a Karen you might nit pick some stuff here like the rusty deck chairs or the centipedes in the double queen bedroom. But honestly, the entire place is too beautiful to complain about any of those things. The neighbors to the left are kind of rude. So don’t plan on spending too much time on the back deck without them complaining. We will definitely be back 🤗 we would love to do many more family vacations here. The person who is available to communicate with via text about things like checking in early, etc. was very responsive to any questions I had, was very kind and shared a lot of information about the area with me. Was very helpful. Again, if you’re nitpicky just know you may see a hand print on the window, cob weds, some chipped paint, centipede or a rusty chair but your on the coast so to me it was expected to see some weathered things.
The views are gorgeous! We literally couldn’t stop saying it all week!!!!

This house has a great location. Large windows in the main room and the basement bedroom have gorgeous views of the ocean. The house is older and quirky. Some things like flooring have been updated but other parts of the house are showing their age. The living room was spacious. Plenty of seating for our group of friends. The beds and bedding were comfy and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The basement bedroom while large with two queen beds and the great view had a very small bathroom and tiny shower, also a millipede problem. The access to the beach was only for the adventurous as the last 6 feet you had to slide/jump down and then pull yourself up via a fence post about five feet up. Overall, we decided we would stay here again just for the great view.

This house has zero curb appeal, but the inside is fine. The kitchen is very well stocked. The beds were all very comfortable. The view is amazing, and the walk down to the beach is beautiful but definitely for the able bodied.
The bedroom with the two queen beds is downstairs along with the washer and drier and the second small bathroom. This is a very spacious room. The biggest drawback of our stay was millipedes that were everywhere downstairs. We killed or removed them and they would instantly replenish. We only found one upstairs, so thankfully they are not good climbers. There was one under a pillow on one of the beds. I don’t know if these bugs are year round residents or if our stay coincided with a hatch. Regardless, it wasn’t great.
Everything else about our stay was very nice. Members of our party are not fond of creepy crawly things, so we won’t be staying here again. If you don’t mind bugs, or you don’t need to go downstairs, this is a good place to stay.

We had an amazing time at this house. The views are so beautiful from the deck and the large windows in the house. The house was clean and nice. We will go back here in the future.

We were excited to finally get to the house and upon entering the smell of mold or a musty odor was present.
They had everything you’d need pretty much but beds and linens were terrible. The property manager was very helpful over the phone to help us get the heat on.
If you are used to the finer things in life I’d say this one is not for you.

Beautiful main level of home with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. Snuggle up by the fireplace while watching the sunset.

Great service. Nice and very willing to help. I had no issues with the house and it was perfect for what we needed and it gave us the chance to make family relationships stronger.

The picture windows allow for a beautiful view, especially at sunset! The house was a perfect place to stay with our friends. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals. We braved the path to the beach and played every morning on a basically private beach (we never saw another person). The kids loved the arcade game, corn hole & ping pong table. We set crab pots off the public dock at the port and got a few keepers. Lastly, I recommend eating at Zolas!
