Beautiful views, a welcome basket with food and wine, super clean, a well equipped kitchen, everything you need, dishwasher tablets, capsules for washing machine, drying rack, TV, sun loungers and a table with a large umbrella (great breakfast spot) on the gorgeous terrace, lots of useful information about the area. 10 Mins walk down into main town for restaurants/drinks/ice cream/swimming etc. The host was great and very helpful!
We loved it all!

The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view. The terrace was larger than expected, and everything we needed was provided.
Upon arrival, we received a welcome basket with pasta ingredients, wine, and toast with jam. There was also a useful handbook with tips about the surrounding area.
Marco welcomed us warmly and gave us a tour. The private garage box was a big plus.
All in all, highly recommended. We would have given it a 9.5, but that wasn’t possible. It would have been a 10 with better Wi-Fi and more TV options, although that wasn’t a big issue for us.
Actually, nothing.
But as mentioned, we would have given a score of 10 if there had been better Wi-Fi and more TV options.

If you are staying in Menaggio and want to cook a few meals yourself, this apartment is the greatest. It’s one of the best places I’ve stayed in, superb kitchen facilities, comfy beds, spacious living area. And on top of all that, the terrace has a superb view to the lake and mountains. All in all, a first class apartment that I highly recommend.
Nothing - all excellent
