Appartamento La terrazza di Dora

The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view. The terrace was larger than expected, and everything we needed was provided. Upon arrival, we received a welcome basket with pasta ingredients, wine, and toast with jam. There was also a useful handbook with tips about the surrounding area. Marco welcomed us warmly and gave us a tour. The private garage box was a big plus. All in all, highly recommended. We would have given it a 9.5, but that wasn’t possible. It would have been a 10 with better Wi-Fi and more TV options, although that wasn’t a big issue for us.

If you are staying in Menaggio and want to cook a few meals yourself, this apartment is the greatest. It’s one of the best places I’ve stayed in, superb kitchen facilities, comfy beds, spacious living area. And on top of all that, the terrace has a superb view to the lake and mountains. All in all, a first class apartment that I highly recommend.

Easy to meet up with host and very welcoming. Good location in a residential area just on the edge of town. Great views over the lake and to the mountains. Everything we needed was in the apartment, including a garage for the car.

Beautiful, spacious and bright apartment with a large terrace with a lovely view to the garden, lake and the mountains. Fully equiped kitchen if you would like to cook at home.
