Bed not comfortable

Apartament jest bardzo przyjemny, bardzo słoneczny o poranku. Kuchnia jest bardzo dobrze wyposażona, jest wszystko co potrzeba. Od agencji obsługującej apartament otrzymuje się doskonale przygotowane wskazówki jak się dostać do apartamentu oraz inne przydatne informacje o najbliższej okolicy. Chętnie wrócę!

Materac w łóżku jest mało wygodny, przydałaby się wymiana.

The view is beautiful! We drove to the center by car, which took less than 5 minutes, and took the ferry to Varenna and Bellagio from there. Great starting point for sightseeing around Lake Como. We also reached Tremezzo and Lenno very quickly. The apartment offers plenty of space.

The sofa is black, which means you can see every speck of dust. The sofa bed is very hard with a thin mattress. The identification process at MyHomeInComo is quite complicated.

Well-laid-out apartment with a terrace overlooking the lake. Beautiful view. The elevator is convenient for carrying luggage.

The apartment is poorly soundproofed (you can clearly hear the neighbors in the apartment above). The bedding is very uncomfortable (both the bed and the sofa bed). The living room rug was dirty and full of dust. The shower water does not drain properly and floods the bathroom. The plants on the terrace are not maintained. There is not enough kitchenware (only two wine glasses?!). Maintenance work using a Kärcher (therefore very noisy) in the common areas of the residence started on May 1st at 10 a.m. I thought that day was a public holiday and a non-working day…
