Great location and easy access to the ferry ticket office and ferry! Super close walk into town. Right next to a supermarket- go early it closes before noon then opens again late.
A heads up would be that the beds and pillows are not that comfortable. The pillows were hard, although we were so tired from the sightseeing we slept just fine.

Great location and wonderful view from the patio.
Sports bar below the property was very loud until around 2am.

The property itself, checkin process and location were good
car park was very easy to use, comparing to other places we have stayed in italy
property was clean and had plenty of space for 4 people
view out the window was stunning
the pillows were super hard to the point it was hard to sleep on and we had to take cushions from sofa
the shower in the bathroom as not very comfortable and water temperature was either luke warm or cold
no coffee machine...
balcony was cluttered and not really made in way that could be used without moving furniture around
biggest problem - noise. 3 out of 7 nights was so noisy outside that we could not sleep and i mean up until 5am, music, people shouting. maybe it the place had better sound proofing it would have been ok.
