Nice place but not value for money.

The house was big enough, clean and nicely decorated. There was tea and coffee in the kitchen.

The bathroom was too small, there was no place to put my stuff. The utensils in the kitchen, especially pans need to be renewed.

Very nice flat, comfortable and practical. The neighborhood is great and quiet. There is a garden but the weather was so bad that we did not test it. The host were very reactive and helpful!

There is no heating in the kitchen, which makes it a cold room. But this was not a problem for us.

Beautfiul light cozy apartment with a cute little balcony in a really nice urban neighbourhood. For me personally walking distance to the centre and other nice area's. Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay and we would definitly rent it again and recommend it to others!

E' già la seconda volta che mi affido ad Anouk per il mio soggiorno a Rotterdam, e sicuramente ce ne sarà una terza (se non di più!). L'appartamento è molto ben collegato al centro attraverso una rete di mezzi pubblici veramente efficiente, ma se amate camminare è possibile raggiungere il centro anche a piedi (in 20-30 minuti). Il quartiere dove è situato l'appartamento è veramente molto tranquillo e presenta una vasta gamma di negozi e supermercati, avrete tutto l'occorrente proprio accanto a voi. Ormai questo posto è la mia scelta numero 1 se si tratta di soggiornare in questa bellissima città :D

Un angolo di comfort a Rotterdam

E' la prima volta che prenoto un appartamento a Rotterdam e devo dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il posto era luminoso e spazioso, oltre che dotato di tutti i comfort. Ho chiamato la proprietaria prima dell'orario di check in per segnalare la nostra presenza e lei si è subito premurata di mandare il suo collega per consegnarci le chiavi. L'appartamento si trova in una zona veramente tranquilla, a pochi passi da strade molto più trafficate e piene di ristoranti/bar/supermercati. Tutto era a portata di mano e a 5 minuti di camminata. Sicuramente ci tornerò!

Se devo proprio essere puntigliosa e andare a cercare il pelo nell'uovo, farei alcune migliorie: - non era presente uno scolapasta per cucinare, magari si può aggiungere? - la doccia è piuttosto piccola e la tendina non riesce a trattenere tutta l'acqua, consiglierei di mettere un box doccia - si sentivano forti rumori provenire dall'appartamento di sopra ogni volta che gli inquilini si spostavano da un punto all'altro, forse si può fare qualcosa per migliorare l'insonorizzazione? Comunque sono cose marginali che non hanno minimamente intaccato la nostra esperienza, per la quale vi ringrazio nuovamente!
