totally it was good.

The host was so nice and friendly and the room was spacious. the sharing bathroom was always clean and accessible.the area was very beautifull.

it ust could be better if it has a small kitchen with maybe some dishes.there were no coffee maker or kettle.

Quiet place, plenty of room.

Great location, set back off the main road so quiet and peaceful. Two big spacious rooms on the top floor, each with separate kitchenette. Shared bathroom is down a flight of stairs, but only shared between both rooms we had. Friendly cat in the garden outside.

Nice, spacious and clean, but price too high for a shared bedroom

Very spacious room, and a kind host who recommended a few things to see in the area. The bathroom was very clean even though it was shared.

The bathroom was shared with another room, and while we've ultimately been rather comfortable with it, the price was too high for not having a private bathroom (€64 for one night/2 people at the end of August).

Away from the noise and traffic of the city, ideal accommodation for a few days

From the center of Genoa, take the historic tram No. 2, which runs on a very steep route, with cable traction on one section, for a half-hour journey. A pleasant mountain village. An old house with a large room. We arranged the key handover with the owner via text message on the morning of our arrival.

First of all - amazing host, Stefano. Very friendly, helpful and kind. Room was very clean, spacious and cozy. The town is calm, everything is at - delicious cafe (Caffe Vatta), tasty pizza (da Pippo). Good advice: if you want to go sightseeing Trieste, stay at Stefano and go to Triste by… historic tram (!) which has the depot right next door.

Great value for money

The room is as it is in the photos. Very responsive, friendly and nice owner. Value for money is excellent. The property was clean and very spacious with a nice terrace. If you drive, it takes 10-15 minutes to Trieste. Higly recomnded.

Host was really sympathetic ! he could take time to chat with client, Spanish speaking also. I have liked the green and quiet garden and area, the location near several bus stops fto reach downTrieste city center, which is accessible in 10 mn. Proximity as well, of center of Opicina main artery, like a calm small town independent from the busy Trieste , with essential shops, cafés, church, pharmacy... Many opportunities for walking, or cycling around by small tracks on this karstic plateau above the sea. Wonderful views at sea.

Unfortunately, shared toilet & bathroom were situated downstairs at mid-level ! Inside the room, no electric device to boil water, nor a set of glasses/cups to make oneself a hot drink as a minimum.

This old and nice building is renovated with good taste, it has a cosy and friendly mood. And it is in a very good place, silent, but close to the public traffic and the city.

It would be nice to have a bit more furniture and equipment, e.g. glasses, a jar, some flowers on the terracce, cupboard.

Tutto assolutamente perfetto! La posizione estremamente comoda per raggiungere il centro di Trieste! Struttura pulita, camera molto spaziosa, bagno in comune con un’altra camera rinnovato di recente e super pulito! Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa! Host molto gentile e alla mano! Torneremo sicuramente qui se ci servirà un appoggio per visitare Trieste e dintorni!

Vicino al vecchio tram!

Vicino alla stazione del vecchio tram (50 Mt) , alloggio composto da una stanza con tavolino, microonde e un lettino collegata ad un altra stanza con letto matrimoniale e un altro lettino. Presente un bel terrazzo con vista dove abbiamo fatto colazione. Si sente un buonissimo profumo di cera d'api nella stanza! Il pavimento è di legno molto vecchio! Ottima pulizia Sig. Esteban gentilissimo e disponibile nell indicarci dove cenare e x varie info. È stato un piacere, Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Peccato non aver avuto il bagno in camera. Comunque i servizi igienici molto pulito e arredato con gusto!

Bagno con vasca ad uso esclusivo a doccia, senza la possibilità di appendere il telefono della doccia e senza una tenda che trattenga gli spruzzi. Materasso del letto matrimoniale non molto comodo, un po' affossato...

Tutto molto bello ma il pavimento in legno da sistemare o sostituire

Opicina è un paese molto tranquillo e grazioso. Casa molto antica ma pulita e ristrutturata quasi completamente. Bagno ristrutturato anche se purtroppo da condividere con l'altra camera.

Purtroppo nella stanza al piano di sopra nonostante il letto molto comodo e la stanza molto graziosa, ma il pavimento in legno è a dir poco rumoroso. Uno può pensare che faccia rumore solo quando ci si cammina sopra ma il grosso problema che non ci ha fatto dormire quasi per niente è che i forti scricchiolii del legno si sentono ogni volta che ci si muove di un centimetro sul letto. Non so se le altre stanze abbiano la stessa pavimentazione, però penso che sia assolutamente da cambiare. Anche perché non so se anche al piano sotto si sentono i rumori provocati dal legno... Aggiungerei un piccolo lavandino in camera o anche sul terrazzo per una semplice lavata di mani o di viso o denti. Aggiungerei anche o una moka elettrica o qualcosa per fare un caffè o tisana.

Skvělý poměr ceny a kvality

-Lokalita (ticho, za rohem vozovna historické tramvajo-lanovky, bistro s dobrým pivem) -Velmi přátelský majitel -Čistota (i sdílená koupelna byla čistá) -Parkování (blízko dvě parkoviště) -Poměr ceny a kvality Účelem cesty byla historická tramvaj a město Terst. Vůbec nelituji ubytování v Opčině. Je to lepší, než zajíždět autem do Terstu.

Jde pouze o drobnosti: - Chyběl kávovar nebo rychlovarná konvice na přípravu čaje - Vana nemá žádný závěs - nepohodlné - Pro delší pobyt bych uvítal více úložných prostor pro oblečení - "kuchyňka" mohla mít o postel navíc a lepší stůl a židle (stůl byl malý). Pokoj je až pro 3 osoby ale židle byly jen 2 - Pokoj by si zasloužil hezčí lustr - Pokoj nemá klimatizací (v této roční době nevadilo) V každém případě jsem byl ale velice spokojený. Klady převyšují zápory. Celkově hodnotím: 9

Prima verblijf voor een paar nachten.

Locatie op loopafstand van restaurants en winkels, gratis parkeren in de straat. Goede uitvalsbasis voor Trieste en omgeving. Kamer in een oud pand op de begane grond met aparte zitruimte met koelkast en moderne badkamer. Vriendelijke eigenaar met goede tip waar je lekker en betaalbaar kan eten.

Het pand is nogal gehorig, de kamer heeft een vrij laag plafond, het wifi signaal haperde af en toe, het bed kraakt.
