This stylish 50-square-meter apartment has been completely renovated and is located on the Northeim Lake District. The university town of Göttingen is just a 20-minute drive away via the A7 highway.
The apartment features free parking, Wi-Fi, Netflix, 2 smart TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and Tassimo coffee maker.
A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in a separate laundry room.
This modern apartment in a fully renovated half-timbered house features a bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200) dressed in high-quality hotel-quality linens.
The living room right next door invites you to relax with its cozy sofa, armchair, and fireplace. Especially during the cold season, the fireplace offers an extra touch of relaxation. Firewood for the fireplace is provided free of charge. The design places great emphasis on combining coziness, modernity, and functionality. The sofa, featuring a comfortable 27 cm thick mattress (90x200), also serves as a third comfortable sleeping option.

From the kitchen, you step out into the charming half-timbered backyard, where you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast in the fresh air during the summer months and even have the option to barbecue. A grill is available and can be used by arrangement.
Towels and soap are provided in the newly renovated bathroom with a shower. In addition, a wall-mounted heater with a towel dryer offers plenty of space to hang towels while warming them up.
Our garden is located off the backyard, where we keep eleven chickens—who will welcome you with fresh eggs.
We live with our two children in the adjacent building and use the garden.

We have stayed here on several occasions over recent years. Top quality and the hosts are very helpful and friendly. The apartment is well equipped and very clean in all areas. On entry to the apartment you discover a free box of lovely eggs and during our stay a bag of tasty bread rolls was left on our doorstep. In sunny weather you can sit outside on the patio and relax. The property is convenient for the motorway and the local shops are convenient with only a short drive necessary. Many thanks for a most enjoyable stay and will be back. David and Renate.

Excellent! Located in a quiet village but with easy access to B3 road and A7 motorway, this apartment is well equipped, tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. We received a friendly welcome from the host Monika incl a box of eggs from the family’s own hens. We intend to return for another stay.
