Zentrumsnahe Wohnung, reichlich ausgestattet, gute Matratzen, großes und modernes Bad mit Waschmaschine und Trockner
Die Wohnung war nicht beheizt und roch muffig, Verdacht auf Schimmel hinter der Couch und in der Ecke zur Außenwand der Wohnküche. Spülmaschinentabs waren nicht vorhanden. Nachts teilweise störende Geräusche aus der überliegenden Wohnung.
