Excellent location, great price, really helpful check in information

Great location. Easy to park on the street, never a shortage of spaces. Easy instructions to get in. Nice quiet street. Great space - good shower pressure, we'll equipped kitchen for snacking in between trips, tidy flat! We love being able to bring our dog on holiday - what fun.

This might be one of those things that 'once you know, you know!' But the first night we slept poorly due to sunlight in the window. There were shutters on the outside, we just had no idea how to close them. Worked it out on the second day and it wasn't a problem anymore

the apartament is very pleasant and has everything you need for a short vacation or a city break. it was very easy to get the keys and we found parking on the street. we were 3 adults and a small kid and we had plenty of room. practically the whole apartment is newly renovated!

L'appartement correspondait à la description. l'emplacement notre petit fils faisait du char à voile et l'appartement est à 1 k parfait....la propreté, la literie, et l'équipement (il manquait peut-être quelques assiettes supplémentaires....)correspondaient à nos attentes.

Belle situation, lits très confortable. Chouette établissement malgré les voisin.

Situation idéale, à 10 minutes à pied de Nausicaa C’est dans une côte, donc sportif avec la poussette, mais très bien situé ! Si l’on descend la rue, on est devant la mer. La literie est super confortable.

Les voisins du haut sont extrêmement bruyant, jusqu’à des heures impossibles, surtout avec un jeune bébé. (Tapis de course, machines à laver; enfant qui court dans tous les sens en tapant les pieds, cris,..) portes qui claquent dans les communs. C’est l’unique point négatif de l’établissement.

Het zal zijn wat je gewend bent en er is duidelijk moeite gestoken in het opknappen van het appartement, maar er hangt soms een rioleringslucht. De douchecabine is echt te klein. Heel gehorig, mindere buurt. Gratis parkeren maar de straat vergt de nodige vaardigheid, weg loopt steil (Calvary😉) Tip: controleer het zeeppompje op de douche, vervang de pannen en zorg voor meer kopjes.

Mooie ruim appartement op perfecte locatie!

Mooi gemoderniseerd appartement met alle nodige voorzieningen. Zeer goede ligging! Gratis parkeren in de straat was geen probleem.

Voor minder mobiele personen zijn er in de inkom 4 trapjes en de straat is steil bergop…dus te voet naar het centrum kan een probleem vormen, zeker in rolstoel!

La propreté impeccable de l’appartement , les draps de bain ainsi que le linge de lit sur place nous a fait économiser de la place dans nos valise . Un petit appartement mais qui est très fonctionnel

La rue fin la côte en fin de journée elle était difficile à monter après une journée de marche 😂

Schönes Apartment mit netter Nachbarschaft.

Das Apartment ist gut geschnitten und hübsch eingerichtet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer lagen zur Gartenseite, was angenehm ist. Wir hatten beim Beziehen der Wohnung Probleme mit der Eingangs-Tür, aber zwei Nachbarn waren uns behilflich, was wir sehr freundlich fanden. Alle elektrischen Geräte funktionierten (das ist heute leider keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr!!), und das Badezimmer fanden wir gut. Die Vermieterin war auch sehr nett, und telefonisch gut erreichbar.

Für uns war die Lage nicht ganz so toll, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Das Kochgeschirr sollte mal ausgetauscht werden, weil die Beschichtungen abgehen.

Bruit insupportable.

L'appartement est bien situé , propre bien équipé.

Par contre , le voisin au desus fait trop de bruit et sa sent la cigarette à l'entrée et l'escalier c'est insupportable. Avec le bruit sur la tête je n'en reviens plus à cet endroit.

Je recommande! Idéal pour famille

- L'appartement est agréable, rénové et plutôt propre dans l'ensemble. - Les communications avec l'hôtesse était très pro mais à la fois elle est très sympathique et bienveillante. - toutes les commodités ont été pensées pour nous recevoir! (Papier wc, pastie lave-vaisselle, liquide vaisselle, essuie de bain et vaisselle, lave vaisselle, machine à laver, cuisine équipée, et tout ce qu'il fait pour cuisiner, sèche-cheveux). - à proximité À PIED! : rue commercante, Nausicaa, la plage, l'ancien Boulogne, boulangerie (max 10min à pied) Je RECOMMANDE à toute famille !

Malgré l'emplacement idéal car à proximité de tout (nous n'avons jamais utilisé notre voiture sur place!), l'appartement se situe dans une rue avec une très forte pente (facile à descendre mais plus difficile à remonter 😉). De plus le quartier n'est pas très rassurant tant en journée, qu'en soirée. Enfin, la douche est assez petite. Je fais 1m90 et suis plutôt de forte corpulence, c'était un peu exiguë.

Un séjour très agréable

Le logement est très propre, spacieux et bien équipé (lave vaisselle, machine a laver,cafetière four et micro onde ...) c est top! La literie est confortable . Et c est calme L' emplacement est idéal , très proche de Nausicaa et très près du centre ville de Boulogne et de la criée, nous avons tout fait à pieds . Il est facile de se garer dans la rue gratuitement... Le fait que le linge de lit et les serviettes de toilette soient fournis est un vrai plus , cela allége considérablement la valise !

Rien a dire de négatif c est vraiment un. Point de chute parfait pour découvrir la ville, la seule chose qui nous a dérangé c est l odeur de tabac froid dans le couloir mais c est indépendant de la volonté du propriétaire !
