Renovated Charlotte Bungalow - 3 Mi to Downtown!

Well stock and great location for exploring area

Only negative was could use some more drawer and closet space

The host was very easy to communicate with.

The dryer did not work unfortunately but the host made it right.

This was so cute and convenient. It was very clean and easy to find. We felt pretty safe there as well. The place was well supplied. It is very small and cozy. Large enough for 3 people to feel comfortable. Love that it was keyless entry and that was also how to lock it. Far better than a hotel. The area is not sketchy as someone else stated in their review. It is an obvious area of people of color and it is close to an HBCU but there was nothing sketchy about the area. Looks just like the photos.

Parking was off the street. Would have been nicer if there was an actual drive way. It is not ADA accessible due to that and that you must climb steps from the street plus additional steep steps at both entrances. I was prepared to cook most of our time there but could not locate pots and pans. Maybe they were there but we missed them. The code for entry that Booking.com kept sending was wrong. Thankful the owner was easy to contact and provide it.

Very nice and cute little house. Very close to uptown Charlotte. Good utilities. Clean bathroom and kitchen. Clean and comfy linens. Good wifi and smart TVs.

Area is a little sketchy a few roads down from the house but overall very quiet around the house.
