Really perfect spot close to everything, very quiet neighborhood !
Grass not being cut, which wasn’t a big deal for me because the house was clean and put together !

It’s summer and the curtains didn’t really block the outdoor lights so it was really bright at night

Very comfortable ..
The grass needed to be cut in the front & back yard ..& it needed curtains for the windows.. ( I hung up a towel for the back door)….cups wasn’t clean but I washed them before use.
