Good location. It was clean and well appointed. Kitchen and appliances very nice. Washer/dryer great for short stay. Ample amount of towels, hand and dish soap supplied. Easy process for booking and great communication with management when we had a question.
Unfortunately, one bed box spring was broken and needed replacement. (It was fixed immediately!)The bed frame was unsafe so the bed was wobbly which made sleeping uncomfortable. The bedding needed a little upgrading. The apartment was musty. Bathroom was ok but needed a bit of love. Also, an extra chair in the living room would be nice.

There were no curtains on the bedroom windows - only cloth blinds that did NOT block any light.

We went for JCSU homecoming, and it was a great location. Within walking distance and easy to get to any place in the city. And it was close to the airport. We felt safe inside the unit and parking area! We had 2 cars and it was enough space for everyone to park without using on street parking. It was quiet in the unit. It had everything you'd need. Bring a bag of ice. The pillows were comfy, and the beds were good.
We stayed in a townhouse unit, which was great, except the bathroom is on the 2nd floor. If you have bad lower body abilities or need to make frequent trips to the bathroom, stay in the one story units. But other than that, it was a great stay. I'm definitely looking forward to the next time I'm in Charlotte, I'm looking up this property for all of my future stays!
