The host was amazing and very kind. We got in around 2am and had trouble checking in (our own fault, we went to the wrong 306c) and we had to bother him with a phone call. He called us back immediately. Everything was as shown/described and was a great place to stay for the week, very homey. My only “complaints” were the remote in the living room was temperamental, the lint trap in the dryer looked like it hadn’t had the lint removed in a year which is not only a hazard for whoever is staying there that uses it but the owner, and upon removing the linen in the master bedroom we noticed an old blood stain on one of the pillows. But other than that last one, it’s really just me nitpicking. We truly enjoyed our stay and would 100% stay again! Thank you!!

Great location, clean and comfortable home, and an easy stay from start to finish. Perfect spot for visiting Uptown Charlotte. Parking was convenient and the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Property around it not very well maintained one unit looked as if someone tried ripping out a screen. Dog walker was not cleaning up after dog.
