Nice comfortable space in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from downtown Charlotte where I was attending a conference. The apartment was clean, well appointed and tastfully decorated. Food Lion within walking distance, (about 0.3 miles). Make sure to check out the Carribean/soul food place on the corner! The host was courteous and accomodating. There was an issue with the mini-split unit. It didn’t seem to produce heat, but the electric fireplace was enough to take the chill off. Overall a great value.

It was in a safe neighborhood, when I needed it people were friendly and helpful. Quick trip to my venue. Very clean.

It was perfect for what I needed. Parking was on the street for my stay, but it seemed that the neighborhood drivers maintain safe speeds and spacial awareness
