The 4 bedroom front-line duplex villa with a large private terrace all round with panoramic views of the mountain range and wonderful views across the resort with all day sunshine. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms and one family bathroom, private parking space and lots of children's play areas in the resort

The property is located 3km from Supermercados Charter, 3km from Café Bar El Perillas , 4km from El Portó bar, 4km from Corvera bus station, 4km from Corvera town, 8km from Murcia Corvera airport, 18km from Hacienda del Alamo golf course, 24km from Murcia city, 31km from Terra Natura/Aqua Natura water park, 36km from Murcia San Javier airport, 36km from Santiago de La Ribera sand beach.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden furniture, fenced garden, terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, heating, air conditioning throughout the house, private swimming pool, open-air parking in the same building, 1 tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English).
In the independent kitchen has, electric hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
The town is a 15/20 walk away and offers several supermarkets and other shops and a sunday food market and some great restaurants/bars.
Los Cazadores de Corvera is a great Spanish restaurant that offers menu of the day that includes a drink, starter, main course and desert for 10 euros (weekdays only) and Corvera 62 has regular entertainment and offers reasonably priced good food.
Corvera is a good base for Murcia and also does not get affected by the flooding that the coastal resorts can suffer in bad storms as it is higher up. Due to easy access to main roads you can easily visit all that the region has to offer. A car is advisable although there is a bus service in town with routes into the city and to other locations. Ideal location for someone looking for peace and quiet.

Swimming pool could do with better maintenance, not the cleanest accommodation and had to ring the management every couple of days to top up the air-conditioned but with some arguments was free of charge.
When we arrived the owner was very helpful sorting most of the issues.

Hemos pasado unos días muy tranquilos en este alojamiento. La casa es muy amplia y cómoda . Hemos estado 10 personas . La casa es suficientemente amplia como para que se pueda estar desahogadamente sin sensación de agobio . La piscina está muy bien y el agua muy limpia . Es el segundo año que estamos en esta casa y repetiremos sin duda . En la urbanización no hay ningún tipo de servicio , pero el pueblo de corvera queda muy cerca y tiene todo tipo de servicios .
Por indicar algún área de mejora , decir que la urbanización está en una zona con bastante campo , por lo que hay gatos y bastantes insectos , las habitaciones de la zona baja deberían tener mosquitera , porque al final si no quieres llevarte un susto por la noche , tienes que cerrar las puertas o las persianas para dormir y hace calor .
La comunicación con el propietario muy rápida y fluida .

Faltaba mucha limpieza en toda la casa, el suelo estaba pegajoso, el mobiliario de jardín roto, los exteriores muy sucios, la barbacoa muy sucia (compramos una parrilla nueva para nuestro uso), goteaba grasa de la campana extractora, azulejos sin limpiar probablemente desde que se construyó la vivienda, cristales sucios, tapicería de sofás sucias, muchos mosquitos muertos en paredes y cortinas. Y el aire acondicionado funcionaba con tarjeta, sólo una parte está incluido en el precio del alquiler. La piscina sí tenía buen mantenimiento aunque la red para coger los insectos y hojas también estaba rota.
