Stunning villa and very clean we were met by Christians sister in law to hand over the keys the villa was lovely and clean. It could almost be two flats as downstairs has 3 bedrooms a bathroom and a mini kitchen no cooking facilities but houses the washing machine and american style fridge with ice and cold water very nice in the heat ! Upstairs has a big double bedroom en suite and living room separate dining room and the full kitchen with fridges, oven, hob and dishwasher. all high quality. You need a car but its great 30 mins to the beautiful beach at guardamar, 10 mins to Orihuela less than 5mins to the nearest supermarket. Christian was on hand to answer anything and it was great to know we could get in touch with him very friendly and cant do enough to ensure your stay is the best. This villa is just flawless! Christian's family is really nice! They were always trying to do their best when needed, there was a problem with the wifi but everything else was great! xx

The villa was wonderful. Eva and Christian were great hosts. They quickly answered all of our questions and called someone out immediately for us when the internet went down. The villa itself was great and well designed for indoor /outdoor living. Good air conditioning in the basement living area that cooled the rooms adequately at night. It was very nice to have satellite TV, especially because we found audio settings on the TV (qaa) that allowed us to switch the kids shows to English. The Internet was good for streaming as well. It was really nice to have a fridge with cool water and ice-a rarity in many vacation home rentals. The villa also offered a lot of privacy. It was great to be able to relax without feeling looked in on. The pool was great-shady in the afternoon and evening. Perfect size for families. Be careful if you have a toddler. The first thing we had to do was move everything up so she didn't break things. The cot they provide was great and sturdy. No need to being a travel cot. Very well done. I highly recommend this villa and I would definitely stay here again if I returned to the area. Mucho gracias!

Fabulous place to spend your holiday, the house is really outstanding with all facilities. The place is very privat and quiet, a perfect place for you and your family if you dont want an urban holiday. The host and hostess, Cristian and Eva gave us the best service, and made sure that our stay was outstanding.
