Trendy villa for 14 pers. nearby Murcia/Alicante

The property is beautiful, modern and spacious. The host is very attentive and the staff are really lovely. Any issues raised before and during our stay was sorted immediately. The beds are comfortable and theres an ensuite for each room. The biggest room has the most beautiful balcony with amazing views. There is a games room in basement which was really fun to spend evenings in. We were provided with some beers and soft drinks on arrival which was a really nice touch, especially after a long day of travelling and having no time to go to the shop before hand. There is a restaurant thats a 10 minute walk away and we had a really fun night playing musical bingo. I would defo recommend going to the water park in murcia as something to do during your stay. Overall, thankyou for an amazing time and we hope to visit again soon!❤️

There was a last minute change to the deposit amount, from €300 to €500 a few days before the holiday. We didn’t mind paying extra but notice in advance would have been better. The host is lovely and we could trust this was in good faith. Our deposit was returned in full after an inspection of the property. Therefore, this was not a massive issue. The location is super remote and you will need to either use uber or rent a car to do food shops.

La villa est très bien équipée. La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement, dans toutes les salles et les chambres. La cuisine était complète. Il y avait pleins de jeux de société pour les enfants et adultes. Nous avions à disposition raquette de tennis et de pádel, balón de foot en plastique et des minis buts+ balles. Pour la piscine, il y avait des matelas gonflables, des balles, des pistolets à eau et des masques de plongée. Les lits des chambres sont confortables. Le propriétaire super sympa et disponible pour n'importe quelle doute.

Le sol du bord de la piscine est glissant lorsqu'il est mouillé (attention un peu dangereux pour les enfants). La plage est à 40 min de route..
