I liked that the staff were very friendly and helpful. Provided us with a cot without discussions, allowed us to leave our luggage before the check in at 15:00. Since we arrived at 10:00 that was very helpful with a kid after an early exhausting flight. My kid like the view. On doesn’t need any TV or video, because there is a view of a lively highway out of the window
I didn’t like that when we arrived to check in at 16:30 after a long tiring day and early flight with a small kid, the room was not ready, the door to our room was open with flooding water with somebody’s hair in the bathroom and corridor. I think with a check out time at 11:00 and check in time at 15:00 he staff has enough time to prepare the room. 4 hours for this! All the equipment and especially shower cabin need renovation.

The apartment was different compared with the photos and tthis is the badest point The air conditioning of rhe bedroom was very noisy and we couldn't use it. We reported that issue but noone dealed with it. Some of rhe furniture and lectrical equipment was in bad condition.
