Wasn’t planning in booking anywhere but my car broke down. I booked and was at property with minutes. Called host who had helped get access to property. Nice cosy house. With access to kitchen and dining room. Rooms simple but clean. Also sits in a nice area close to pubs, food shops and close to areas of outstanding beauty
Although stayed one night due to waiting to get car fixed, would stay again for few nights but would like a TV in the room when winding down.

Ardhill House was well located and modernised in a nice way. Visually, it was appealing and it was convenient for spending time in town or using it as a jumping off point to explore more of Donegal.
The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and very small for two people. The TV in the bedroom was behind the headboard, but there was nowhere across from it to sit. There was nothing in the kitchen other than tea and coffee, and you're not allowed to cook any food - so be prepared to eat all meals out.
