Es gab ein Missverständnis bezüglich der Zimmer mit einem anderen Gast, aber Mary hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und war in jeder Hinsicht äußerst hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Fehler können passieren – wichtig ist, wie man damit umgeht, und Mary hat die Situation wirklich hervorragend gelöst. Die Zimmer sind schön und die Unterkunft ist besonders für Familien sehr gut geeignet. Wir haben ihre Unterstützung und ihre Freundlichkeit sehr geschätzt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
