Perfectly acceptable hotel and staff were fantastic.

Good location next to a lake and wooded walks. I was travelling with my dog so it was perfect for us. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nice breakfast in the morning.

There was no food available in the hotel in the evening but the staff did kindly offer to book a local restaurant for me.

Did the job for a stopover, lovely staff.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, Karina and the other staff couldn’t do enough to help us. It was good value for money and did the job for what we needed.

Industrial estate location. But it was for a stopover to break a long journey so didn’t matter. And the restaurant being closed, but again didn’t matter as the campanile was open a short walk away and we had a nice meal there.

Brilliant place to break a long journey.

We used this hotel as a convenient stopover on a long journey from southern France to the ferry port. We had no great expectations but were very pleasantly surprised by the location, staff and quality of the bed and the breakfast provided. The best thing about this hotel was Isabel, the fantastic manager. The warmth of her welcome and the attention to her guests was outstanding. The room was small but the bed was huge and comfortable. The bedlinen was good quality professionally laundered cotton. The hotel is situated close to around a leisure lake and we enjoyed a walk around it in the evening. The buffet breakfast had everything one could want. No wonder this hotel was popular with all kinds of travellers. Recommended. .

A diversion on our route to the hotel made it difficult to find and the outskirts of Le Mans are not very attractive.

One night stop

Convenient for our motorbike trip, Freda the receptionist was absolutely amazing, she was very helpful with explaining where we can get something to eat (it was a Sunday). The rooms were basic, but with no air-conditioning, and as it was extremely hot, this made the night hot and sticky. The breakfast was adequate with plenty of choices for me.

Not ideal if you don’t like small spaces or have disability needs.

Not a lot apart from a beautiful lake nearby.

Tiniest of rooms. Asked for a disabled room was told you have to book a triple room and pay more!! Asked if that was discrimination - received a curt response. Receptionist found a stool for my shower as I can’t stand but trying to get it and myself inthe tiny cubicle was impossible. Very claustrophobic. The room was not big enough for the double bed.

Property was good value and served as a great stopping point for an event at Le Mans Bugatti circuit. Room was small and shower was compact but it did what we needed. Food was very good small menu but very tasty and reasonably priced

Ran out of tap beer both nights we stayed but had bottled reserve.. Compact showers.
